“It's a hotel with a grand entrance and lobby, in a good location. The rooms are very nice but have a limited amount of UK style electric outlets. The buffet restaurant is excellent. The curved escalators down to the restaurant are a nice touch!”

“I'm still a resident at the hotel and I'm Not happy at all.
Since I arrived... First, no hot water, the safe not working, then hours of unbelievable disturbance from your maintaince, I come to my room not cleaned, asked for towels at LEAST and waited for 1.5 hours that I had to go down to reception and ask for them myself and STILL I didn't get any so I found a guy in the corridors and took towels from him. How is this a 5 star service?? I'm so disappointed.”
