“We had an amazing stay at the Hilton. The staff was really nice and helpful. It was close to the Osaka Station so gave us easy access to the trains and buses to explore Osaka easily. The room was clean and spacious and we had a nice view of the city. We also ordered room service and the food was delicious. There's also a smoking lounge available on the third floor (this is important for smokers since the entire city is smoke-free except for set locations)”

“Great service. The executive lounge was above and beyond. More than just small snacks and drinks, they have pizza, butter chicken, salmon, pasta. Breakfast is more peaceful in the executive lounge but Folk restaurant was great as well and had an omelet station but lacked take away coffee. The check in was easy and painless. The staff was friendly and the cleaning crew surprised me on how great they were. They even organized my personal items when all we asked for was towels. The bad: the attached restaurants were WAY too expensive but good thing there are many cheap options nearby. The television hasn't been updated in looks like a decade, very low tech.”
