“Naveen house supervisor was excellent. Made you feel welcome and respected. Patient and always wanting to help with your needs. I couldn’t complain about anything at all. Everyone is very polite and I highly recommend. If anything needed fixing they’d fix it immediately. Decorations were perfect. Would definitely visit again.”

“Despite the location, the rooms and room service is exquisite.. Rooms are spacious and both housekeeping and room service was quick...
Downside was having someone answer your call from the room.. Additionally the Executive Lounge, where I felt the staff was lazy and they could work on the services provided such as breakfast which was poor in comparison to the restaurant downstairs..
