“Stay was good, room was clean. only complaint would be the one who worked the desk when i purchased a drink and asked a question (a little after 11pm she was there, assuming night audit shift). She was stand offish and not very inviting. I asked if they had any make up wipe (that are suppose to be complimentary anyways at Hilton) She LITERALLY told me "we don't have them in the market, rite aide it 24 hours and they have them". if i wanted to spend $10 on make up wipes just to use one, i would of made sure i had my own but because Hilton 100% of the time places them in the room, i left them at home. (All the ones I've stayed at so far including the one i work at the desk for too).”

“The staff was outstanding. They were the most friendly, accommodating group of people I have ever met in over 30 years of traveling. Hampton would be wise to train all their people at this location!!! The breakfast bar was incredibly vast and varied. The room was comfortable and quite. Will stay here whenever I return to the Hersey/Harrisburg, PA area.”
