“Excelente ubicación, empleados amables que no hablan español pero muy serviciales y atentos en leer el traductor. Mucha empatía !! Estábamos en una Suite pero no tenía ventana a la calle para ver nevar solicité un cambio nos dieron una habitación inferior pero con excelente vista, así que felices !!”

“Excelente localização, bem ao lado da Praça Lafayete, aonde ficam os museus mais importantes, o capitólio, casa, branca, etc. Os quartos são bons, o entorno do hotel é meio parado, sem muitas lojas e bares/restaurantes que sejam fáceis de chegar a pé, ainda mais no inverno. A piscina é aquecida, mas no inverno gelado de lá falta calor na água e fica difícil de usar, ainda por cima precisa marcar hora para usar a piscina, por exemplo, marquei hora em um dia que só tinha um horário vago, cheguei na piscina antes, não havia ninguém, junto comigo não foi ninguém de depois que sai não havia ninguém esperando... meio sem controle. O bar e restaurante do hotel é excessivamente caro, não tem porque explorar o hospede em um copo de chopp. Se sua preocupação principal é a localização dos pontos turísticos, vale a pena.”
