The rooms are very clean and smell pleasant and clean. The breakfast is fresh, hot, and delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel over most Iin this area. I am a travel nurse and stayed in one of the other area hotels and it was horrible, this Hampton Inn was like a palace compared to the other hotel. I gave 4 stars on service only because I am a gold star member and upon check in I wasn't ever offered the water or snacks and there was one employee that wasn't as friendly as everyone else, but I would stay again for sure!

My family and stayed at this location this weekend for a football tournament. The whole place was very clean. Rooms were spacious, clean and smelled good. They served a good selection of breakfast for big appetites to small appetites. The staff was friendly, checkin fast and plenty of parking.

We stayed at this location on the Saturday night after Thanksgiving after a long night of traveling from the North. What a fantastic stay. The location was great with easy access to 64 and 95. Safe location with another hotel on property as well. We often stay at the Hampton Inns and this one was just as great. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast in the morning as we got ready for another full day of travel was great. What really makes this property however was the manager Merry. We initially didn't know she was the manager but she was just a breath of fresh air. She was friendly and enjoyable and we had a great conversation. She is the reason we will absolutely be coming back on our next travel through Richmond.

The visit met all expectations of a Hampton Inn, the location was quite nice and the room was more than adequate. The hotel staff was quite friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a tournament and the location of this hotel provided us with easy access to many amenities, and short trips to our destination venues.

5 star service! Super friendly very courteous personnel! The beds slept great had a huge bathroom, breakfast was delicious and included , room was spacious ,temperature was just like at home regulated ( not hot one minute And then freezing the next) was a very pleasant stay
