“Fantastic hotel, second visit and won't be the last. The staff and general vibe of the hotel made us feel special, and the girls on the desk were fantastic. We only had breakfast here but it didn't dissapoint, plenty of choice and it was delicious.”

“To the man working on the counter with the short hair, kaki pants and white long sleeve shirt 24/8 at 10am you may want to be more patient with explaining how the mini bar bond works. My wife and myself found you very rude and abrasive when questioning why there is an excessive $4000 hold on top of our accomodation fees of $3000 we already paid, it’s just not normal. It seemed a great inconvenience for you to even order a taxi. It’s a shame your aggressive attitude really brought down the experience of what is a very decent hotel that we experienced until now. I hope you are reprimanded for your rudeness and be more courteous to others in future.”
