“Enquanto o quarto e o hotel eram razoavelmente bons, nossa completa incapacidade de dormir tornou esta estadia absolutamente horrível. Quando voltamos ao hotel à noite, exaustos depois de participar de um casamento, descobrimos que a bateria da fechadura elétrica da porta havia morrido e tivemos que esperar mais de 20 minutos no saguão para que ela fosse substituída. Não há razão para isso acontecer, pois deve estar em um cronograma de manutenção de rotina. No quarto, lutamos com o aparelho de ar condicionado. Toda vez que ele ligava, e às vezes enquanto corria, fazia sons muito altos e surpreendentes, que seriam impossíveis de dormir. Como resultado, nós o desligamos durante a noite e estávamos desconfortavelmente quentes. Mais uma vez, parece que uma unidade que recebe manutenção de rotina não deve ter esses problemas e precisa ser substituída se não puder ser consertada.No entanto, o aspecto verdadeiramente irritante da estadia foi o barulho que resulta do bar abaixo do hotel. Das 23h às 3h30, havia clientes muito barulhentos que se reuniam do lado de fora da entrada, que ficava logo abaixo do nosso quarto no 3º andar. A qualquer momento, havia grupos de 7 a 15 pessoas do lado de fora conversando / rindo / gritando, e não havia maneira possível de dormir com o barulho. As janelas forneceram o mínimo de amortecimento de som e precisam ser substituídas se o Hilton quiser até mesmo tentar proporcionar uma estadia confortável para seus hóspedes.Os aspectos positivos foram que o quarto parecia limpo, o colchão era confortável (se tivéssemos sido capazes de dormir), o lobby é atraente e a pressão da água era excelente.”

“Don't stay here if you want to sleep.Pro: Rooms are nicer than they look on the website.Cons; The bars below hotel (where breakfast is served) and next to hotel get lively (hence the two stars for location) and *LOUD*. Windows are thin so it's very noisy esp when the bar closes. If street noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. Note that bars close at 3 am. We got very little sleep.Service isn't great- front desk staff mostly nonexistent and not friendly. Never felt welcomed.There wasnt any housekeeping service.We fixed the shower curtain liner (it was put up backwards). The thermostat wouldn't let us set AC below 70 and the front desk staff were no help They were so naive about thermostats it was cute. She said our problem was that we had the fan set to auto instead of on. And she seemed confused as to whether it should be turned higher or lower to get colder. Anyway the thermostat had a limiter set (we figured that out on our own). C'mon Hilton. Jeez.”
