“"Hotel Audrey" and the pics they have posted of bright modern rooms doesn't exist. The hotel is actually Chicago Hotel Collection and the rooms are much different. Scaffolding makes it hard to see the front. Clean, comfortable rooms. I slept well. Microwave and fridge but no tea or coffee in the room. Be aware the hotel charges an "amenity fee" on check-in that wasn't posted anywhere. Other hotels I've booked that were actual resorts disclosed those extra fees up front. And parking is separate and was $56 overnight. So you'll be paying almost $150 more than expected. Also the nice looking bar in pics is permanently closed, so they should remove the pics. I felt catfished by the fake pics of everything.”

Houve inúmeras reclamações e o hotel não resolveu a situação em tempo hábil. Dois dias inteiros de 80+ graus nos quartos com temperaturas crescentes constantes do lado de fora eram tão desconfortáveis. Mesmo com as cortinas fechadas e pouco ou nenhum movimento, não houve alívio. Tivemos que refazer as malas e encontrar um novo hotel. No geral o quarto era ótimo. O espaço era bom. Não havia outras comodidades além de receber um saco de 3 pops e 3 águas. Sem restaurante, sem café da manhã, sem bar de café. No entanto, você cobrou 55,00 pela taxa de comodidades. Manobrista 70,00 por dia e você tinha que esperar uma eternidade para o pobre homem andar de outro prédio no quarteirão para vir buscar seu carro. A espera foi a mesma para receber seu carro de volta também. A equipe foi profissional, mas eles não eram simpáticos e acolhedores. Eles não fizeram você se sentir bem-vindo e animado por estar em seu hotel. Eu provavelmente não utilizarei este hotel novamente, mesmo que eles fossem o único espaço disponível.”
