Absolutely loved staying here, the price of the room plus the parking and the location was such a great value. The pool was really nice the rooms and the hotel was all very well kept. Interacted with a number of the staff and they were all super polite and very helpful. I will absolutely stay here again.

Guest services, very welcoming, friendly and detailed information. Quick check in. Beautiful sundeck that overlooks the city and overlooks the pool! Huge room ( we had the deluxe king) Immaculate rooms. Bed is on the harder side (I like super soft) but fluffy pillows made up for that. Convenient parking garage connected to the hotel, easy to find! I have a lifted truck and I parked just fine. Parking tenants,very kind and helpful. Pizzeria Ora, located in the hotel.Pizza was so good and priced cheap! We also ordered breakfast room service,again,great food and very fast service! I still can't believe the price was so cheap for such an amazing hotel right in the middle of the city seconds away from awesome restaurants and the best attractions. We stayed for the Harry Styles concert at United Center and the drive was only 13 minutes away. Uber was about $35 to the venue (not bad) Highly recommend Best Western River North!!!

We found the staff to be wonderful and quite friendly. The rooms were small but very clean. When we asked staff for suggestions for places to eat outside of the hotel they were eager to suggest some great places. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay somewhere close to the Thompson Center. I also really appreciated the on site parking, as the other hotel we looked at used a parking lot that was over a block away!

Great location. Staff were excellent with answering questions and offered great service. The Pizzeria in the hotel also offered excellent service and good food. All in all this was a nice stay for a quick night in the city. We appreciated the on-site parking. The pool was decent, but not as nice as it appeared in photos. Room was clean, A/C was cold. The rooftop lounge area was a great way to sip a cold beverage and enjoy the city skyline.

planned a get away with my 2 children I looked to book a hotel that had an indoor pool downtown Chicago. BW came up, as I checked in the day of they did mentioned about the pool reservation(No once did they ask #of people)So when our time came up we headed to the pool only to be stopped and stating only 2 could go -asked why?they pointed that up to 3 people could go to the pool for my room size But apparently THEY ASSUMED only 2 people would go so our pool time was only 2 ppl. Paper they handed me says 3 for our room size. Again under their assumption only two wristbands reserved. Upset that my kids really wanted to go to the pool and couldn’t again reason why I booked. Rooms are smaller than they look too. But very disappointed all in all.

Este foi um bom hotel. Sim, é mais antigo, mas é bem conservado e senti a decoração era bom. Ele tem um arranjo estranho para chegar aos quartos. O restaurante anexo é bom e os preços não são ruins. Eu recomendaria.

Muy caro el lugar te cobran por todo , y la habitación demasiado sencilla, si necesitas un refri, cafetera, micro tienes que rentar lo, el parking demasiado reducido y hay que pagar por separado .

This was a good hotel.Yes, it is older but it is well maintained and I felt the decor was good. It does have an odd arrangement to get to rooms. The attached restaurant is good and the prices aren't bad. I would recommend.

O saguão tinha um odor. Os lençóis não eram brancos, estavam bastante encardidos. Fiquei tão desapontado. As camas são tão duras que parece que você está deitado em uma prancha. Estava a 90 graus e você podia controlar a temperatura predefinida. A sala não esfriava. Foi anunciado como 2 camas queen size, mas eles eram apenas de tamanho normal. Eles colocaram apenas 1 toalha de rosto no banheiro. O elevador não era grande o suficiente para caber os carrinhos do hotel, nós tivemos dificuldade em tentar colocá-lo no elevador. Quando finalmente o fizemos, só havia espaço para 1 pessoa andar. Foi o pior Best Western que eu já vi. Eu paguei $ 150,00 por este quarto que não era apto para dormir. Eu não poderia ficar lá, eu saí. Tentei falar com o gerente, mas a equipe foi muito rude. Isso foi $ 150,00 desperdiçados. Se você está procurando um quarto limpo e confortável. Este não é o LUGAR PARA VOCÊ !!!

The staff was great. We came in from out of state. There a youngman in particular. I believe his name was Tyrone. Helped me with reservations and was actually there when we stayed. He was patient, informative and friendly. The room was clean. Thanks for the experience!!!

The lobby had a odor. The sheets were not white they were quite dingy. I was so so disappointed. The beds are so hard it feels like you are laying in a board. It was 90 degrees out and you could control the temperature they have them preset. The room would not cool down. It was advertised as 2 queen size beds but they were only full size. They only put 1 face towel in the bathroom. The elevator wasn't even big enough to fit the hotel carts in we had a hard time trying to get it in the elevator. When we finally did there was only room for 1 person to ride. It wasthe worst Best Western that I have ever seen. I paid $150.00 for this room that wasn't fit to sleep in. I could not stay there I left. I tried to speak to the manager but the staff was quite rude. That was $150.00 wasted. If you are looking for a Clean and Comfortable Room. This is not the PLACE FOR YOU!!!

Location and workers. Yes, the AC unit did not work and was extremely loud due to something rattling around inside. There was no AC in the common areas, extremely warm and muggy throughout. A small elevator that is very slow.

Hotel staff and location were perfect! Easy walking distance to Michigan Ave. Staff were great at giving us perfect directions as to how to get where we needed to go via walking, bus or red line. They also pass out free ice cream sandwiches and push ups. The only thing we were caught off guard about was how 'choppy' the hotel seemed to be. We were on floor three, but had to go up or down to be able to get to the right elevator to get to the pool on floor four. Fine once we figured it out.

Its located in a very convenient location. The elevators are a bit confusing. The night reception seemed to be upset when we asked how to get into our room - which was in the other tower building. But we figured it out. The room we stayed in had an ordor to it.

An older hotel, rooms small, but clean. Location good. Location was most important to us. Price was one of the lowest in the area so we did not mind the smaller room. Area seemed safe. Close to public transportation. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room and complimentary breakfast.

A great hotel in the heart of Chicago. Lots of restaurants are nearby. The staff was helpful and considerate. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking could be a bit of a challenge, given the tight space, but there's nothing you can do about that.
