From the gorgeous hotel and location on the beach (Pacific Ocean—no swimming), beautiful pools, very nice rooms, plunge pool, to the most outstanding and friendly service we’ve ever had. They made every day of our anniversary week special, staff remembered our names, and every single staff member greets you with a hello, good day, asks if you need anything. Soooo awesome. Carlos was our concierge and was the Best! If I could remember all of the staff names we were impressed by, it would be a long list.”
