“Great location wise only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. However, the parking was awful we was informed over the phone that there was spaces in the car park however when we got there there was not so had to park in a different car park. The underground parking wasn't open but if we would have known about the parking we wouldn't have driven down. Room was great clean plus loved the fact you had your own living room and kitchen area. Service was okay.”

“Booked a stay here for 8 guests midweek this December and it worked out really well. Booking was easy though names of guests were required in advance AND again on check in. The staff were lovely though and they made the place feel quite safe and secure as they got to see everyone who was pushing through. Our rooms were modern, large, with room for 6 on double, single and sofa beds which were largely comfy, clean and very warm for December! There was a bit of a smoky smell to the room, probably down to previous guests, but not the best. We didn't mind but others may. You also have to pay a fair bit extra for parking. Other than this though the stay was great, easy and I'd definitely use them again.”
