“Más que quedarme en un hotel, me sentí literalmente en casa. Claro que las instalaciones, la limpieza, la calidad de sus alimentos y bebidas son excelentes, pero lo que hace una gran diferencia es la calidad humana de todos los colaboradores. Desde que nos recibieron, y durante toda la estancia, genuinamente se preocuparon para que estuviéramos felices y cómodos. Hicieron todo lo que estuviera en sus manos para que nuestra estancia fuera aquel lugar que recordáramos. Y así será, porque realmente dejaron huella en nosotros. No puedo más que agradecer y felicitar a Fernando (director del hotel - quien estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento) y a su equipo de colaboradores por su gran pasión y dedicación. ¡Gracias!”

“Geral: Passamos 6 noites neste hotel. Era um lugar confortável para um sono repousante depois de mudar de quarto, mas parecia vazio e carecia de comodidades funcionais para o preço. A recepção foi geralmente útil. Foi relativamente limpo sendo uma propriedade mais recente. Não tenho certeza se a gerência está prestando atenção suficiente às necessidades e manutenção dos hóspedes a longo prazo.Ótimo: localização conveniente no Centro. Água, suco e lanches de cortesia foi bom. Cama e lençóis limpos e confortáveis. As cortinas forneceram blackout total, e ficou quieto depois que mudamos para um segundo quarto de frente para a rua ao reclamar sobre a música alta da praça. O segundo quarto tinha um chuveiro forte. A piscina da cobertura era linda, mas fechava muito cedo às 20h.Não é ótimo: Nosso primeiro quarto ficava na praça, que tocava música alta até as 10:30 todas as noites. Neste primeiro quarto, também havia algumas coisas que não funcionavam, mini geladeira não esfriava, chuveiro com efeito de chuva vazava e faltou saboneteira. O chuveiro frequentemente inundava o chão, e nos deram apenas 2 toalhas de banho, tapete e toalha de mão. O segundo quarto era muito melhor, resolvendo a maioria dos problemas, mas faltava uma mesa lateral.”
