The location of this Ibis hotel is good. A major Lisbon train station is a ten minute trundle away, with a wheeled suitcase. Nearby, you'll find plenty of places to eat good food, at reasonable prices too. A sophisticated shopping centre sits adjacent to the train station and there is a big events arena just down the road from the hotel. If you don't mind a bit of noise of an evening, and you prefer an open window to air conditioning, choose a lower floor room at the back of the hotel. Local chaps may use the office steps there as a skateboard park on some evenings. On other evenings, fellow guests may chat into the wee small hours over a bottle of wine, or two. Apart from these infrequent disturbances, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A fresh orange juice machine should installed in every Ibis hotel and Portugese custard tarts should be obligatory too!

Easy to reach by metro from the airport. *** level meets the expectation. Fresh orange juice and pancake machine at the breakfast buffet are a plus. WiFi didn't work in my room on 2nd floor.

As always, Ibis hotels just can't disappoint me :) It's not a luxury hotel and shouldn't be, Ibis keeps the saying "Value for money" at it's best. For the budget, you get a very clean rooms and facilities, super friendly crew and the perfect innovative vibe. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again. Thanks!

Room not completely clean, some mold in the suction systems and shower. Quiet rooms and good location. Parking lot costs extra and is the side street.

Hotel espetacular, ótimas áreas pra se estar, muito confortável e aconchegante. Atendimento espetacular, todos muito prestativos e atenciosos. Sempre estou em Lisboa faço lá uma visita. Decoração está sensacional, muito moderno e atual.

Hotel com excelente localização. Localizado na parte nobre da expo. 3 minutos do Shopping e do campus justiça. Metro e transportes públicos a 5 minutos. Estacionamento coberto pago. 12€ por dia. O quarto tem um bom espaço, cama confortável. Pequeno almoço agora com algumas restrições devido ao covid, mas é ok. Preço vs qualidade excelente. Recomendo

el 1 dia que llegue al hotel pedi un taxien la recepcion estaba una trabajadora y otra senora rubia de creyon rojo ellas estaban conversando yo queria preguntar si en el hotel dispinian de city turs estaba conectada a red wi fi del hotel pero no es muy buena por lo que estaba buscando localizaciones en gougle maps y esa señora me dijo que no podia estar en la recepcion porque le interumpia su trabajo entonces me quede callada no pregunte nada estive alli 3 dias porque los habia pagado de ahi me fui para hotel trip oriente donde fui tratada como persona

Simplicidad, confort, comodidad, sencillo pero completo! Me encantó, lo recomiendo ampliamente!!! Nos hospedamos por cuatro noches y fue una estancia perfecta en todo sentido. El cuarto es pequeño, pero está excelentemente aprovechado, la cama es super cómoda y la ropa blanca es buenísima. El desayuno es perfecto! Jugo de naranjas exprimido, tostadas, café expreso, frutas de estación, quesos, fiambres, etc, todo genial. Muy buen ubicación, cerca de Oriente y el shopping Vasco da Gama, rodeado de restaurantes. El personal siempre fue muy amable.

Pros: Limpio y personal agradable. Enchufe que se puede mover cerca de la cama y también cerca de la mesa. Tamaño adecuado de la habitación. Contras: poca presión del agua de la ducha, no sé proporciona ni cepillo de dientes, ni peine, ni champú. Sólo gel de manos y de cuerpo. Se oye mucho ruido de los pasillos y no dispone de servicio de comida en las habitaciones (no suben la comida ni recogen al día siguiente los platos usados)

Hemos estado alojados dos noches y he de decir que nos ha encantado. El hotel está situado en una de las zonas más nuevas de Lisboa, cerca de la estación de Oriente, la habitación era sencilla pero suficiente para dos personas, muy limpia y con una cama y unas almohadas comodísimas. El personal muy amable y atento y lo mejor el buffet del desayuno, que tenía muchísima variedad donde elegir y estaba todo buenísimo. Sin duda un muy buen hotel donde pasar unos días para visitar esta bonita ciudad. Volveremos sin duda.

Super basic hotel. You’re basically paying to sleep and shower before heading to the airport. My room had an odd smell and I ended up with a bite on my leg. I didn’t sleep under the duvet because there wasn’t any mattress cover.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to get to and from the airport by underground. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Oriente station and a good place to be if planning a week end in Lisbon. Loved the breakfast too though the coffee could be better.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Room well designed, clean, bed & pillows comfortable. Modern decor and amenities, with plenty of space for luggage, work/desk and overall pleasant. Only issue is the noise that carries from room to room -- believe it was the hair dryer running in the next room that we could hear. Otherwise, this is a great place. Location fantastic, nice area to walk around with the mall, arena, and marina nearby. Lots of restaurants to chose from, all within an easy 10 minute casual stroll. Train station close walk (we didn't go there, but believe about 5-7 min walk) and airport is a quick 5-10 minute drive.

Standard hotel with great location. It is located just three stops of the metro, from the airport. The hotel is very clean. Its location is perfect if you have one stopover in Lisbon. Their breakfast is also amazing, serving the tradicional portuguese pastry "Pastel de Nata".
