“A localização é muito conveniente, pois fica colado à estação do metrô Canal St. O primeiro quarto em que ficamos não tinha água quente. Além disso, o cofre, o secador de cabelos e o controle remoto da TV deste quarto não funcionavam. Felizmente, o staff foi super atencioso e nos mudou para outro quarto assim que reclamamos, e os problemas foram todos superados. O staff foi muito atencioso.”
