Bom hotel, cama boa, quarto espaçoso. Atendentes atenciosos e simpáticos. Tem café a vontade na recepção ,e cookies até um certo horário. Bem localizado em Frederick/MD.

This hotel is extremely hard to get to with the way the roads are set up in this town. Our stay was a last minute decision with exhausted children. The first room bathroom had not been cleaned, there was garbage in the trash can, a hand towel laying used on the counter, bar of soap unwrapped/used and smelled horribly of sulfur. Housekeeping was already gone for the day/night. Visited the front desk and they were able to move us across the hallway to another room. Room was clean but again smelled of sulfur. We got the few hours of sleep we needed to continue our trip but glad we didn’t need it for any length of time.

Se Hospedaram no Hampton Inn passado fim de semana e foram cinco festas de casamento se hospedar no estabelecimento! Além do fato de que aqueles que estavam lá para o casamento se comportaram mal e como se estivessem em sua própria casa ordenando as pessoas e assumindo o buffet de café da manhã, o hotel era muito bom! Eu me sinto mal para a equipe da forma como eles foram falar com esses diferentes grupos de casamento, mas eles mantiveram a compostura e foram completamente cortês! Ficamos por quatro noites e realmente não tivemos muitas queixas além de pessoas indo e vindo e batendo as portas tarde da noite. Infelizmente, você não pode controlar o comportamento de outras pessoas ou culpar o hotel pela maneira como eles agem. O quarto estava limpo, a cama era confortável, os travesseiros acho que faltam em todos os hotéis em que estivemos ultimamente. Fizemos o check-in na recepção, mas devido à ocupação total não havia travesseiros extras. O café da manhã tinha algumas boas opções, não o melhor café da manhã de Hampton que eu já vi, mas certamente não o pior! A equipe é realmente o que salvou o fim de semana! Chapéus para a recepção!

Me alojé en el Hampton Inn el fin de semana pasado y hubo cinco bodas en la propiedad. Aparte del hecho de que los que asistieron a la boda se portaron mal y como si estuvieran en su propia casa dando órdenes a la gente y asumiendo el desayuno buffet, ¡el hotel fue muy agradable! Me siento mal por el personal por la forma en que estos diferentes grupos de bodas les hablaron, ¡pero mantuvieron la compostura y fueron completamente corteses! Nos quedamos cuatro noches y realmente no tuvimos muchas quejas aparte de las personas que iban y venían y daban portazos a altas horas de la noche. Lamentablemente, no puede controlar el comportamiento de otras personas ni culpar al hotel por su forma de actuar. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda, las almohadas creo que faltan en todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado últimamente. Nos registramos en la recepción, pero debido a la ocupación completa no había almohadas extra. El desayuno tenía algunas buenas opciones, no el mejor desayuno Hampton que he visto, ¡pero ciertamente no el peor! ¡El personal es realmente lo que salvó el fin de semana! Felicitaciones a la recepción!

Stayed at the Hampton Inn this past weekend and there were five wedding parties staying on the property! Other than the fact that those there for the wedding behaved poorly and as if they were in their own home ordering people around and taking over the breakfast buffet, the hotel was very nice! I feel bad for the staff the way they were talk to by these different wedding groups but they kept their composure and were completely courteous! We stayed for four nights and really didn’t have many complaints other than people coming and going and slamming the doors late at night. Unfortunately you can’t control other peoples behaviors or blame the hotel for the way they act. The room was clean the bed was comfortable, the pillows I think lack in every hotel we’ve been in lately. We checked at the front desk but because of the full occupancy there were no extra pillows. The breakfast had some good options not the best Hampton breakfast I’ve seen but certainly not the worst! The staff is really what saved the weekend! Hats off to the front desk!

O pessoal na recepção foram simpáticos, prestativos e indicação. Excelente atendimento de cada uma das pessoas com quem lidei (e eu estava apenas visitando meu irmão. Ele era o convidado.). Forneceram-lhe quartos contíguos. Ambos eram agradáveis e limpos. Eu os recomendaria para quem precisa de um quarto em ou em torno de Frederick, MD.

La gente de la recepción fue amable, servicial y rápida. Excelente servicio de cada una de las personas con las que traté (y solo estaba visitando a mi hermano. Él era el invitado). Le proporcionaron habitaciones contiguas. Ambos eran agradables y limpios. Se los recomendaría a cualquiera que necesite una habitación en Frederick, MD o sus alrededores.

The folks at the desk were friendly, helpful, and prompt. Excellent service from each of the people I dealt with (and I was only visiting my brother. He was the guest.). They provided him with adjoining rooms. Both were nice and clean. I would recommend them to anybody who needs a room in or around Frederick, MD.

Eu fico neste hotel toda vez que entro em Frederick. A localização é incrível porque fica perto de restaurantes, cinema, shopping e rodovia. A equipe é sempre educada e muito prestativa. O gerente geral é incrível e as melhorias que ela fez realmente mostram! Além disso, adoro sentar perto da fogueira e o restaurante The Beacon é sempre delicioso!

Eu amo esse lugar! O Beacon é o meu favorito para boa comida e bebida. eu estava cavando no pátio área e piscina para relaxar. O serviço foi top entalhe. Todos são super simpáticos no check-in/out. Sempre que você precisa de algo, eles cuidam disso imediatamente. Os quartos eram limpos, confortáveis e tranquilo. O Gerente Geral, Deena, é um absoluto prazer! Mãos para baixo, ela é minha pessoa favorita em o Hilton Inn. Eu prefiro este Hilton Inn a qualquer Marriott estabelecimento (incluindo os hotéis de luxo da Marriott)! Já me hospedei em inúmeros hotéis em todo o país, e esse é um dos meus favoritos! Nada muito extravagante, mas simplesmente perfeito.

¡Amo este lugar! El Beacon es mi opción favorita para buena comida y bebida. estaba cavando en el patio Zona y piscina para relajarse. el servicio fue superior muesca. Todos son súper amables en el check-in/out. Cada vez que necesitas algo, ellos se encargan de ello. inmediatamente. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y tranquilo. El Gerente General, Deena, es un absoluto ¡Placer! Sin duda, ella es mi persona favorita en la posada Hilton. Prefiero este Hilton Inn a cualquier Marriott establecimiento (incluidos los hoteles de lujo de Marriott)! Me he alojado en innumerables hoteles en todo el país, y este es uno de mis favoritos! I love this place! The Beacon is my favorite go-to for good food and drinks. I was digging on the patio area and pool for relaxing. The service was top notch. Everyone is super friendly at check-in/out. Anytime you need something, they take care of it immediately. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The General Manager, Deena, is an absolute pleasure! Hands down, she is my favorite person at the Hilton Inn. I prefer this Hilton Inn to any Marriott establishment (including Marriott's luxury hotels)! I've stayed in countless hotels across the country, and this is one of my favorites! Nothing too fancy, but just perfect.

I stay at this hotel every time I come into Frederick. The location is amazing because it is near restaurants, a movie theater, a mall, and the highway. The staff is always polite and very helpful. The general manager is awesome and the improvements that she has made really show! Also, I love sitting by the fire pit and The Beacon restaurant is always delicious!

Mi familia y yo quedamos muy impresionados con nuestra estancia. Tuvimos una habitación cómoda y encontramos que nuestro tiempo en la propiedad cumplió con nuestras expectativas. My family and I were very impressed with our stay. We had a comfortable room and found our time at the property to meet our expectations. A digital key made check-in a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. We especially appreciated that this property was pet friendly.
