“Where do I start !! Room service is non existent this is our third night, no clean towels, bins not emptied. Staff not to be found when wanting a drink at the bar, had to go and find the girl myself chatting in the kitchen. Breakfast is well below par, cheap sausages bland scrabbled eggs , no bacon and no staff to replenish.. guest asked to clean egg up which was all over the floor, was still there half hour later. We never ate in the restaurant as other guests warned us not too, so ate In The crown down the road. They have a lot to learn regarding running a hotel. Tables left with dirty glasses and left over food, staff not interested at all. Will never stay here again.”

“Very nice location with good rooms and well presented! Breakfast was a big let down. 8am and no Bacon/Hash browns/Eggs?
Waited til 08:30 and wasn't checked or replenished so had to leave for work having had just mushrooms and tomatoes on toast so a future note save your money and have breakfast elsewhere. Other than that have stayed before and would definitely return for accommodation. Good selection of beers and plenty of space to dine or relax”
