“The staff was nice, hospitality was about 2 out of 5. Parking was hell because our barcode NEVER worked and the parking is expensive. We'll probably stay elsewhere next time we visit. We didn't even get fresh towels on our second day, even after requesting them.”

“Booked for one night and honestly I was very disappointed. In the middle of the pandemic, the rooms should be clean. I can tell this room was not thoroughly cleaned at all between stays. There was a ton of hair, fake eyelashes and band aid on the floor, etc. if they had made an effort to clean this room properly that wouldn’t have happened. Waste of money, left rather than staying in an unsanitary room.”
