Hotel no geralé muito bom em termos de estrutura e suites, porém a praia não é recomendada para banho o que frusta já que você não pode entrar no mar. Em termos de bebidas é péssimo, então por ser ALL inclusive o valor acaba não valendo a pena, pois andando pela 5* avenida você bebe e come bem com preços muito baixos. Eu recomendo em playa del Carmen não ficar em ALL inclusive, não vale a pena

El hotel muy bien, lastima de playa ya que con el sargazo impide bañarse en ella, por lo que respecta al hotel muy buen servicio, la comida muy rica las bebidas tambien, no es tan grande por lo quepuedes recorrerlo sin problema y la 5ta ave esta a 1 cuadra del hotel por lo que esta muy bien ubicado, tiene frigo bar en las habitaciones y cuenta con room service incluido en el paquete todo incluido.Hay una cafeteria dentro del hotel donde te preparan cualquier bebida que gustes y un area deli con paninis, fruta cereales, jugos lo que desees comer esta en esa area.La segunda planta cuenta con un roof que tiene de un lado una alberca y del otro un restaurant de sushi, muy ricos por cierto, esta todo puesto para que la pases bien agusto.

Estuve en un salón de eventos que da a la Av. Constituyentes y el lugar es pequeño pero, muy cómodo, bien iluminado, sonorizado y los snacks bien servidos. Creo que les falta más botes de basura o los que ponen podrían ser más grandes

Muy baja calidad en alimentos,no sirven mariscos, los filetes de pescado son de basa lo más bajo en calidad y lo peor te engañan, dicen que son de mero. En los almuerzos te esconden el tocino.Y ofrecen lo más económico posible. Te cobran como Gran Turismo y la alimentación difícilmente llega a 3 estrellas. Un buen hotel debe de ofrecer : 1. - HABITACIONES, Aqui están de primera a pesar de más de tener más de 30 años. 2.- RESTAURANTES. - Muy baja calidad en alimentos,lo más económicamente posible. 3.- PLAYA.- Muy pequeñay sucia, con rocas y llena de erizos de mar 4.- ALBERCA.- Por observación,nadie se sale a orinar al baño, no tienen productos químicos que desenmascaren a los que orinan en la piscina. Mi opinión es queeste hotel está mal catalogado. Te cobran como 5 estrellas y en lo personal no creo quellegue a 3 estrellas

Un hotel en donde la amabilidad y las atenciones de su personal es sobresaliente. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las instalaciones están muy bien, cuenta con excelentes detalles que vale la pena mencionar, como un café que ofrece varias opciones de bebidas, panecillos y postres. Cuenta con un espacio con diversas bebidas enlatadas, fruta fresca, galletas, palomitas de maíz, bocadillos, baguettes, sandwiches, etc. Una piscina de muy buen tamaño que a pesar de que estaba lleno el hotel no se notaba llena, a un lado un espacio que ofrece pizza recién hecha y de un delicioso sabor. Cuenta además con un espacio con una computadora con acceso a internet e impresora para uso de los huéspedes sin costo alguno además de ofrecer WiFi también. Son detalles que hacen diferencia. Las habitaciones excelentes y amplias, el pero es que hay un escalón que pudiera ser peligroso, una pantalla grande y con imagen HD! Los alimentos de excelente calidad y sabor, tanto el buffet como a la carta. El restaurante mexicano y el italiano deliciosas opciones! Lo que se extraña es que no haya playa por falta de arena, es una pena y pues con el sargazo en estás fechas que abunda bastante.

They handled the COVID protocols exceptionally well which was important for me since I am immune compromised. Rooms were very clean and spacious and very comfortable with great sound proofing as we were not disturbed by people outside or in the halls. Appetizing selection of food for both vegetarians and non-vegetarian and also for people who doesn’t eat red meat. The people and staff were very courteous, friendly competent, respectful, polite and always helpful. Even the locals were great considering the restrictions for travel to Mexico. The only bad thing is this hotel has no beach. We ended up going every day to the neighbouring beach used by the other hotels- which was just a short walk away. We had a wonderful time here..

Excelente hotel la comida deliciosa el personal muy amable. El único detalle es q no tienen su propio estacionamiento y la ubicación esta un poco rara dimos como 3 u 4 vueltas hasta q la encontramos. Pero me encanto esta super. Super recomendado. Juntaré dinero para ir con mi familia. Este hotel me super mega encanto. Saludos

Me la pase increíble, su comida la atención de los empleados, wow! los meseros super amigables y serviciales en especial Alfredo. La verdad es que todos trabajan super duro para que el hotel siempre este limpio, listo, que nada nos falte. FELICIDADES! No tienen mucha playa y eso no es culpa del hotel es la naturaleza pero hay playas cercanas.

Nos encantó, en el centro de playa, lo único malo es el zargazo y no se puede meter a nadar al mar. La fiesta de espuma estuvo genial, deberían hacerlo seguido... Los chicos de animación, bartender, meseros de la piscina son muy amables...

I recommend this hotel 10 out of 10. But for real I would rank this resort a 4.7 out of 5 stars. Since the only option is 5 or 4, I went with five. Customer service is a 4.9 out of five. I mean they was ready for us at the door. Food I would have a 4.6 out of five. It is plentiful and cooked well. But being a southern African American I could have used more seasoning and spices. The drinks were a 5 out of 5. I mean that is self explanatory. Rooms I would give. 4.8 out of ten. My room had the best beds ever. But the shower had a varying water temp. It might be hot and then cool. Pools were heavily chlorinated. They were clean and well kept. I had a ocean view room which was more relaxing. It was quiet. My cousin had a ocean front room. You can hear the music from the pool and they had a jacuzzi tub on their patio. I would come back to work this resort in a heartbeat.

Comfortable beds and good location is the only good things I have to say about this property. I got a good deal on booking.com and decided to relax a bit before returning home. Paper thin walls made the comfortable beds less of a plus, take earplugs for sleeping, and I did not get the relaxing, pampering experience I thought I would have. Property seemed to make most things a challenge. Want a guest pass, sold out (this is low season), I had to speak with the manager and get a number of approvals to get. They said it was due to being 90% full, however, if I wanted to pay double and add the person to my room then no issue? This does not make sense?? Restaurant, I was told best to make a reservation before 4PM so do not have to wait. Being away for the day, I did not have chance so showed up late (9PM an hour before close) and was chastised by the attendant for not having a reservation when the restaurant was empty and he said how big of a deal it was to get me in and others coming with reservations. No one showed up after me, why lie? I will not stay at this property again. If you do, invest in a room inside the main building so maybe you have some sound proof of the wall and be able to get a bit of sleep.

I’m a travel agent that wanted to give this resort a try. As soon as we got off of the van to check in you get an instant smell almost smells like sewage. But it is the large amount of seaweed that is on the water next to the beach. Has a very open feel as you walk in very welcoming environment minus the smell. This is definitely a party hotel. So if you’re looking for a relaxing place to go this is not the place. Between the loud doors banging all night long and party people everywhere you will not get any sleep. Plus the beds are very hardThe food wasn’t too bad. Definitely need to add a little more flavor to some of the food. Desserts are not as sweet as they are in the Americas. Men please make sure you wear sleeves on your shirts or they will not let you in for dinner. Plus you have to make reservations at almost all of the dinner places.Pool was nice. Liked that they offered their own pool towels. Drinks could’ve been a little bit stronger. But overall that area was good.If you like to shop… Do it at the local stores just a few blocks down the road. Make sure to bring pesos or they will screw you over with American money. Also key point remove your hotel wristband before you go shopping also any flashy jewelry or bags that you might have do not bring those with you to shop.

We called Wyndham Alltra "home" for 6 nights.Everything from check in to check out was 5+ stars!We definitely enjoyed the ocean front room (3rd floor with views of the beach, pool and Cozumel island).Hospitality was top notch!Everyone was friendly and accommodating.I would recommend the couples massage at Aura spa, the rooftop pool and room service (24hrs).Food and drinks were plentiful and delicious!On a side note...If you're looking for white sandy beaches, look elsewhere.Limited beach access with the seaweed issue.Blame that on mother nature, not the hotel.The rooftop and main pool made up for the lack of beaches.In my opinion, Wyndham Alltra is the best value for the location.

The food was beyond amazing, by far the best hotel food i’ve ever eaten! The hotel went above and beyond with the all inclusive package, as there was delicious pizza available all evening by the pool, ice cream and coffee available at the coffee shop, and even a shop-like area where you could get popcorn, sandwiches, cold smoothies, fruit and fizzy drinks all day and night! The staff were mostly very kind and welcoming, especially those at the front desk and security. At first we were given a kind of old room right beside the elevator which was very loud all day and night, but once we mentioned this we were moved to a fabulous room right down the hall which i have no complaints about! Some of the staff at the pool were rude and really only catered to select people who were obviously tipping well, but this didn’t bother me personally. The restaurants (especially the Italian restaurant) were incredible, with lovely staff and outstanding food! The Brazilian/ Steak house restaurant had a few rude staff members so we didn’t return to that restaurant, although the food was nice. We found the rooftop pool and jacuzzi on our last day which was a little disappointing as it was never mentioned to us and it was a fabulous extra to have at the hotel! I seen some reviews saying that there was no beach at the hotel, but there is a beautiful long beach at the side of the hotel! Overall I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Alltra, even the few rude staff members didn’t bother me as there were so many other amazing accommodating staff members! That is why I am still giving a 5 star :)

The staff and facilities were wonderful! The only down sides were: 1) there is really no beach at the resort, 2) the food is decent but not quite as good as we had hoped, and 3) there was a semi-strong breeze from the east that had the waters near the hotel covered in about 2 feet of smelly seaweed (not a fault of the hotel clearly). We were both very pleased with our room! It was more beautiful than the pictures online, which almost never happens. It had a fridge stocked daily with beer, soda, and water. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable! We were surprised how comfortable the bed was because I had slept on beds in Mexico that are like sleeping on a board. The pool area is beautiful! If you plan to relax by the pool you better show up before 10:00-10:30 am to grab a chair. People place towels on chairs as early as 8:00am and then think that holds their place all day, even if they are not at the pool. Kind of annoying… All-in-all I would definitely recommend this hotel to others wanting an escape from kids!!

I stayed there the first week of November 2021.It was my first time and it was not yet adults only, however that was not a problem.I had great service from Oscar y Orlando waiters when I ate breakfast and the Capitan Alejandro.I also enjoyed the sushi on the fourth floor pool and the bartender there whose name I cannot remember was excellent.The only recommendation I would make is for them to have a bar where you can go and sit to enjoy a drink especially for those of us single folks.It was clean, excellent service, great meals.I highly recommend it.

Não foi uma boa experiência em vários sentidos. Tivemos uma boa recepção, funcionários são bons e muito cortêses, mas... O que vc espera de um resort somente para adultos em Cancun e all inclusive é ter bebida alcoólica a qualquer hora, ter atrações, etc. Como pode o bar fechar às 22h e abrir somente às 11h? Depois disso e antes disso vc não pode beber?? Como assim? Estávamos em um quarto alto nível, com sala, varanda enorme, vista para o mar, cabana particular, ou seja, não pagamos nada barato porque era um dos melhores quartos do resort. Fora que nos dois últimos dias começaram obra nas instalações e mal podíamos nos movimentar pelo resort. Pra tomar café era um problema, pra pegar pizza não podíamos porque fecharam pra filmagem, nos resumiram a poucos locais em que podíamos circular direito. Ouvimos vários nãos pra tudo que seria teoricamente permitido e nosso direito. E um detalhe ainda pior foi no nosso último dia, não termos a menor privacidade pra estarmos DENTRO do nosso quarto porque tinham homens fazendo obra DENTRO da nossa varanda!!! A minha cama era de FRENTE pra varanda!!! Como assim eu e meu namorado não tínhamos o direito de ter algum momento mais íntimo na nossa cama porque haviam trabalhadores de obra dentro da nossa varanda? Enfim, um total desrespeito e uma experiência péssima a qual não desejo pra ninguém!! NÃO recomendo e NUNCA mais voltaremos. PÉSSIMO!!!!! HORRÍVEL!!! O que salvou e tornou a experiência um pouco menos intolerável, foram os funcionários simpáticos.

O Wyndham Alltra é um hotel bom. Os quartos são aconchegantes, o chuveiro e o banheiro também são bons. O que me deixou um pouco frustrado foi o serviço de Concierge que demoramos cerca de 4 dias para conseguir agendar, e o “welcome gift” e o “500 USD ticket” é só uma fachada.. Apesar dos valores caros da diária, as opções de lazer são bem restritas.. nao dispõe de piscina aquecida, a sauna e o SPA sao cobrados a parte.. sempre tem um “a mais”. O restaurantes de modo geral são bons, principalmente o Mexicano e o Italiano. O Brasas e o Off The Hook deixam um pouco a desejar. A variedade de Drinks no All Inclusive também é bem restrita.. pra quem busca um Menu mais rebuscado fica um pouco difícil de achar a bebida alcoolica ideal. Os atendentes são todos muito legais e solicitos. De modo geral, é um hotel nota 3,0 pelo valor cobrado.

Ficamos hospedadas durante a primeira semana de novembro/2021. O hotel não tem faixa de areia (aparentemente sofreram um maremoto) e o mar é muito sujo, com vários sacos de cimento (?) que estavam usando em obras pelo hotel jogados próximos às pedras. Uma parte da piscina está interditada devido à essas obras, de forma que não tem vista para o mar. As obras atrapalhavam um pouco pois eram bastante barulhentas durante quase todo o dia.A parte mais decepcionante com certeza foi a praia, pois as fotos que o hotel divulga mostram uma faixa de areia enorme e um mar é super limpo e azul. Sabemos que o desastre natural não é culpa do hotel, mas achamos que deveríamos ter sido avisadas sobre a obra e sobre não termos uma faixa de areia (para chegar em uma área "nadável" era necessário andar uns 800m por cima das pedras).A comida é ok (nos primeiros dias funciona mas tem pouca variedade então acaba enjoando. Importante ter em mente que 2 dos 6 restaurantes ficam localizados fora do hotel, cerca de 300m de caminhada). Dois pontos legais de mencionar são: o serviço de quarto é incluso e relativamente rápido, super bom! E a cafeteria tinha opções deliciosas durante todo dia.O ponto alto são os funcionários que são muito simpáticos e gentis, apesar de um pouco perdidos (tivemos, por exemplo, que pedir arrumação do quarto todos os dias, as vezes até mais de uma vez, pois pareciam esquecer o corredor do nosso quarto), apesar de todas as adversidades, a equipe faz o serviço funcionar, sempre com um sorriso no rosto! :)Uma coisa importante: é um resort bem norte-americano (98% dos hospedados era dos Estados Unidos ou Canadá) - achamos legal citar isso pois o entretenimento na piscina, festas e jantares era bem voltado para este público em específico.No mais, para pessoas sonhando com o mar azul típico do Caribe, eu recomendaria procurarem um hotel na região de Playacar, os preços são similares aos do Panamá Jack, mas a praia é muito mais gostosa!

Muito bom hotel! Bem localizado perto de tudo e principalmente sem barulho na noite de Playa. Quarto excelente e comida boa para all. Apenas ressalva na praia que o mar invadiu e praticamente não tem mais. É o do mesmo grupo do Hilton que é ao lado. Fiquei sabendo que comidas e serviços são semelhantes porém o Panamá Jack é menor e mais barato.
