“I do not typically write reviews. But everyone at this hotel was just so incredibly helpful, kind, personable, and really went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. As a family of 4- with two young kids (3 and 6) traveling cross country for their first big vacation- our room was exactly what we needed. Two separate rooms, a kitchen, etc. Daily provided breakfasts were awesome- eggs/bacon/breakfast meat/oatmeal/sides/coffee. Any request we had was met quickly. I just cannot say enough about the exceptional staff there!”

“There are 16 people waiting in line to check in and one person working the desk. Line is not moving. Check in is at 3:00. You would think more people would be working during check in time and especially during the holiday season. Unbelievable.”
