Just had the best experience of staying in Hampton for an early morning flight. The service is beyond expectations. I booked wake up service and received a free airport transfer. Check-in was smooth and I will be using the hotel again for Okęcie Airport.

Great value for this money. Free shuttle from the airport (but you need a walk through parking place to Mariott hotel where stuff will order you taxi - might be not as easy with a lot of luggage). Friendly English speaking stuff, very clean room with tee kettle and free mineral water. Spacious bed, well equipped bathroom. Especially worth to mention is exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of food, with meshed eggs, sausages, baked potato, cheese, ham, different vegetables, self baked waffles, fruit salat, good cappuccino. Excellent option for families. Nice read taut any zone and big lounge zone. Very worth to stay in.

Everything is fine. Free transfer to the airport at a convenient time for you. Cons: for a hotel near the airport, I would have liked earlier breakfasts. current time is 06:00 -10:00 :( If you have a departure ~08:00, you will not have time to have breakfast.

Great front office, very smooth check in. Breakfast was included in our price and it was a good buffet with plenty of warm and cold selections. Today when we needed to book a taxi to go to the airport for 4:30 am flight the wonderful lady arranged for me and the boys to have a packed breakfast. The rooms and the bathroom are bright and clean. Definitely recommend it

Website listed a free shuttle, but there was none and because I do not speak Polish, it took some effort to find that out. Website listed restaurant, but it was no more than a snack bar for dinner with limited menu and food was too spicy for me to eat. Wake up call did not come.

Estou muito surpreendido com a relação preço/qualidade. Paguei quase 500 zl por um quarto individual por uma noite. Na recepção e nos corredores quente, decoração do início dos anos 2000, quarto limpo, mas tudo ao toque brega, toalhas velhas com transparências. O café da manhã é muito ruim para a reputação teórica do hotel, os ovos mexidos parecem grânulos, há uma máquina de café para a qual às 9 há uma fila para 3 pessoas, então leva 10 minutos para fazer um café. Carnes e queijos também da prateleira inferior. Dou uma estrela pelo serviço. A menina está sozinha no café da manhã, com esse movimento deve haver 3 pessoas, ela corre da direita para a esquerda, você pode ver que ela está fazendo o que pode e fazendo um ótimo trabalho. Os recepcionistas são simpáticos e profissionais. Mas isso não é suficiente para o preço. Eu não recomendo, há muitos outros hotéis ao redor, oferecendo um padrão mais alto pelo mesmo preço ou mais baixo, por exemplo, o hotel de aeroporto Okęcie ou Arche (Arche e Hampton são céu e terra, a diferença é cósmica).

Rooms are OK for an airport Hotel but food offered was simply disgusting, not properly reheated and totally bland. Only stayed there as my flight was overbooked, not out of choice. Would avoid

Nós experimentamos check-out bastante decepcionante. A nossa estadia foi paga antecipadamente pelo nosso operador turístico; no entanto, eles nos obrigaram a pagar mais uma vez. A sharp downgrade compared to the past several years. The rooms start to show their age and the lack of proper maintenance/cost cutting.In my room the couch was simply torn, unacceptable in a hotel! The safe was not working in the room and there were several cleaning issues as well.Earlier the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport, they replaced it with a contracted taxi service, which sounds nice but you have to wait 15-20 minutes for it. They don't inform you in advance of this service so you are not in the position to leave enough time for it. Here I have to mention that the airport can be reached by a public bus in five minutes.The staff was rather rude, they told me it's "not their fault" if the taxi arrives late, not a proper answer I think. My advice is for you to skip this "service" and take the 175/188 bus instead or travel five minutes more and book the Hampton in Mokotów, a much better choice I would say.

We experienced quite disappointing check-out. Our staying was paid in avance by our tour operator; however, they forced us to pay once again. Besides, the prices differed quite a lot. It seems that the price policy of this hotel depends entirely upon individual employee at the reception. So, be careful with the payments in this hotel. The hotel was a disappointment also regarding the cleanliness (very dusty) and quality of breakfast (strange choice of food).

Não tenho objeções ao quarto, exceto que o corredor é muito barulhento durante o dia e você pode ouvir tudo no quarto. Por outro lado, o café da manhã é uma tragédia - apenas vapores, batatas gordurosas e bacon estavam quentes, ovos mexidos eram um pedaço de bolo, sem limão para chá. Pedi um pouco de ketchup de salsicha e recebi uma resposta de que o ketchup acabou. Eu nunca fiquei tão decepcionado com a comida em qualquer hotel. eu não recomendo

Good hotel and it is close to airport and can be reached in 5 min by taxi. It's offering a complimentary taxi from hotel to airport. Rooms are clean, good size and in a good shape. Service is ok but at my stay, information wasn't shared (e.g. late check out request) which needed to be sorted out twice. Good hotel for a layover near to airport with a decent price.

Um hotel de duas estrelas com preço de quatro estrelas. Nada funciona corretamente no hotel. A equipe está muito feliz e o serviço é bastante amigável, mas aparentemente a maioria deles são estagiários ou algo assim. Tão simples quanto pagar o estacionamento só foi possível na terceira vez. O restaurante é péssimo e a melhor refeição no menu foi um wrap de frango quase queimado no microondas. O quarto é muito simples e um pouco pequeno para duas pessoas, mas bastante limpo. De tudo dá para perceber que o hotel só está disponível para pernoite, e ninguém sequer pleta que o cliente viria aqui por mais tempo e se divertir.

Não tenho objeções ao quarto em si ou ao serviço, aqui tudo no 5. Infelizmente, a comida é muito rala, tanto o prato que foi servido no jantar quanto o café da manhã muito abaixo das expectativas. Assim, por exemplo, a sopa de tomate era massa derramada sobre ela e, além disso, era apenas verão. Devido à proximidade de Okecie, você deve levar em consideração que pode ouvir aviões decolando, então pessoas sensíveis podem ter dificuldade para dormir. Eu não gostaria de ficar aqui pela segunda vez.

A little bit dated but overall good option for a stopover, very close to the airport. Shuttle is no longer working since corona, but they book a free cab both ways for you. There is no food onsite, however you can order nearby restourants and have snacks n beer at the bar 24/7.

A two stars hotel with four stars price. Nothing works properly in the hotel. The staff are quite happy and the service is quite friendly, but apparently most of them are interns or something. As simple as paying for parking was only possible the third time. The restaurant is lousy and the best meal on the menu was an almost burnt chicken wrap in the microwave. The room is very simple and a bit small for two people, but quite clean. From everything you can see that the hotel is only available for an overnight stay, and no one even pleta that the customer would come here for a longer time and enjoy themselves.

Uma noite decente. Quarto bonito e arrumado. Como costumava ser neste hotel em particular. Considerando que um café da manhã dramático - pouca escolha; produtos intragáveis. Nada de waffles famosos pela rede Hilton. Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o padrão do café da manhã. No passado, o hotel era para mim o local de escolha básica quando se trata de alojamento em Varsóvia. Atualmente, definitivamente não recomendo (devido ao café da manhã). É OK para a noite em si.
