“This is a nice hotel and I have no complaints about anything, but what took it from good to amazing was the service. Every person we dealt with went above and beyond to be helpful. I specifically want to mention Preston at the front desk, Robert the chief engineer, and I unfortunately did not get the names of the men working in the bistro but we dealt with two over the course of four days and they were incredibly accommodating, really beyond what I'd ever expect. I will definitely be returning to this location when we are back in Anaheim. Friendly, pleasant, cheerful staff who seemed truly invested in giving us a good stay. We really appreciated it.”

“This is one of the nicest and roomiest Courtyards that we’ve stayed at. The rooms are really spacious and very clean with not much extra nonsense. The closet is spacious and there is a nice long luggage bench that slides in and out of the counter/ desk for more room if needed. There is about 8’ of free space on the window side, with only a chair and ottoman that makes it feel really spacious and open. The beds are comfortable and there were several different types of pillows! The bathroom is spacious, the shower is very nice and clean, and the shampoo/ conditioner and soap smell very nice. The only down side is that the entry light is a motion light, so if you get up to use the restroom in the night the entry light comes on and wakes up the whole room! It would be helpful to have an off button or instructions if there is one, lol. The lobby is spacious and has plenty of seating areas. The guy working at Starbucks had so much going on, he was doing his best to keep up with what he had going on in the back and maintaining the front and making the drinks… hire someone else to help this guy! The guy that checked us in could have been a little more polished. We requested a suite upgrade, and when my husband asked about it he said “That’s not an option, we’re very busy at this hotel.” A much better response would have been something honest like “I’m sorry, we weren’t able to accommodate that.” Instead of the lame reason he gave. We’re lifetime Titanium members and are familiar with the busyness of hotels. The elevator is incredibly slow and takes forever. You also have to have a key to get in anywhere-which is nice for security, but annoying if one person doesn’t have a key and can’t use the elevator or lobby restroom. Pictures are after we stayed in the room because we checked in at midnight after a long day at Disney and did not take pictures before showering and crashing out!”
