"I recently stayed at Conrad Osaka and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's modern decor and stunning views of the city are definitely its standout features. The amenities, including the fitness center and spa, were also great. However, I was a bit disappointed with the level of hospitality While some were friendly and helpful, others could have been more welcoming and accommodating. I felt that there could have been more of a personal touch to the service. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at Conrad Osaka and would recommend it to others who are looking for a luxury hotel with a great location. Just be aware that the level of hospitality from the staff may vary."

If I could, I would give Conrad Osaka 10 stars. I have been traveling internationally for work and ended up being more loyal to the Marriott Chain than Hilton, while being a Diamond member myself. The Conrad Osaka is very close to my heart of my father and our first visit to the hotel was in August 2018. Last week I had to pleasure to visit Osaka along with my father and brother again and boy is this place heaven. The room, gym, pool, executive lounge, service and hospitality of every staff member was outstanding! I have seriously never had such delicious food in the executive lounge nor at breakfast before. Please do not go down in quality. Even the Conrad Tokyo could not reach your standard. Again, we loved every staff member and it was such a pleasure to stay with you. In conclusion, Japan is the only country for me in which the Hilton standard surpass the Marriott ones. With best regards -Family Pan (the elder son)

Super nice view! The lobby looks amazing, the staff is very warm and polite, they helped me free upgrade to executive corner double room knowing we have two young kids. The breakfast was very good as well and provides a variety of choice. The pool looks good as well and the hot tub inside the locker room is spacious. Restaurant was also very good, we tried the c grill and it was great quality and value. The only one disappointment was that we weren't able to try the afternoon tea because it was all booked out because lots of non hotel guests come here just for the afternoon tea.

Our family was in Japan for two weeks. We had previously stayed at the Conrad Tokyo and St. Regis in Osaka. We finished our trip with a 3-day stay at Conrad Osaka, the best hotel. We arrived at the hotel and our luggage was taken from the taxi and then escorted to the elevator to the lobby. Once we were upstairs, we were taken to the counter to check in after walking through the incredible lobby. We were notified that we were upgraded to a corner suite which was a pleasant surprise. I am Diamond with Hilton, which allows for upgrades. Once in the room, we were surprised by how large the room was. This was easily twice the size of the St. Regis room and just as lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and spacious. We found everything to be clean and had no signs of wear. The only thing I would note is that the power outlets at this hotel are only two-prong and do not have the ground that some plugs require. You can ask the front desk for an adapter. We used the daily breakfast in the hotel every day. This breakfast was a combination of a buffet and menu order. The menu had some dishes of the day, along with some egg options. The buffet was extensive and varied and more than enough to satisfy anyone. On the first day, while having breakfast, I was approached by the Director of Operations, Pam. She introduced herself and wanted to ensure that we had no issues with our stay, which was a nice touch. There is also an executive lounge, which we utilize a few times. Sitting down and relaxing with some food and drinks in the lounge was nice after a long day. The view from the lounge is incredible so I would recommend this as well. Our stay was incredible and we were sad to leave, but we will return the next time we are in Osaka.

Excellent views from the lobby floors on the 40th of a skyscraper. Very spacious and well maintained room with full suite of amenities and facilities available on site. I do very much enjoyed the round shape bathtub in the room and also the lovely prepared treats to celebrate my partner birthday. Executive lounge was nicely managed as well with selections of both cold and hot dishes with some local beverages and alcohol served in a buffet way.

O próprio hotel, Conrad Osaka, é um hotel de altíssima qualidade com fitness, piscina, spa (grande banho comum, sauna) e plano FHR, que é atraente e digno de repetição. No entanto, a coordenação entre a recepção, serviço de quarto e jantar é extremamente baixa, especialmente as pessoas na sala de jantar têm pouca capacidade de entender a história, e não parece ser um hotel 5 estrelas que cobra um serviço Eu senti como se estivesse recusando a marca Conrad. Eu gosto do hotel em si, então espero que você possa fazer uso dele no futuro, mas como a humanidade da equipe é um problema, não vai sarar a menos que você seja demitido, e é uma realidade que você não pode ser demitido por tal coisa.

Usei-o pela primeira vez no chá da tarde do 40º andar. Demorou cerca de 5 minutos a pé da bilheteria no lado norte da estação de metrô Higobashi. Parece estar ainda mais perto da estação Keihan Watanabebashi. Do muito simples 1º andar, pegue o elevador até o 40º andar, e a magnífica vista da cidade que você pode ver ao sair do elevador é linda e comovente. Fiz a reserva às 11:00 nos dias de semana e entrei na loja por volta das 10:50, e o primeiro lounge aberto foi o melhor. Depois de me embebedar no espaço luxuoso, aproveitei a hora do chá grátis. Na feira do morango apenas na primavera, experimente doces de morango que não sejam muito doces para os adultos. Embora fosse chá da tarde, tinha mais volume do que o almoço, e eu ficava satisfeito quando gostava de falar devagar. No caminho de volta, não peguei o elevador como estava, mas parei na escada em espiral do 39º ao 38º andar e reimerso no espaço aberto e silencioso. Estou muito feliz porque esqueci minha vida agitada e aproveitei um espaço extraordinário.

O quarto era um quarto executivo de canto e a vista era excelente. O quarto e o corredor eram mantidos limpos. A piscina também foi reservada e fiquei muito satisfeito com a estadia maravilhosa. Em particular, os funcionários estavam muito confortáveis com o atendimento ao cliente, e percebi que se tratava de um hotel 5 estrelas. Foi mesmo ótimo.

Wonderful experience each and every visit. The staff of the Conrad Osaka go above and beyond each and every day to make their guests feel valued. During Covid - this place has been our safe haven away from Tokyo. You do pay a premium to stay here, but there is no better. For business or a special getaway- I highly recommend.

É uma postagem escalonada. Usei por 2 noites.Chegou de táxi, deixou sua bagagem e foi até a recepção. Depois de fazer o check-in sem problemas e ir para o quarto, há um adesivo na porta do quarto.Isso mostra evidências de que os próprios padrões de higiene do Grupo Hilton foram cumpridos e que não houve entrada ou saída além do limpador responsável após a limpeza. (Esqueci de tirar uma foto, então vou adicioná-la da próxima vez) Parece que é uma iniciativa chamada Hilton Clean Stay, mas fiquei muito impressionado.O quarto era limpo e o ar no quarto não estava estagnado e era muito limpo. O Conrad Osaka é um dos meus hotéis favoritos porque tem uma vista aberta e o Wi-Fi, que é um ponto relativamente importante nas acomodações, também é excelente.Na cama, duas fotos do Urso Conrad e Pato Conrad de sempre. fofa.Este quarto foi o primeiro tipo de quarto, mas a vista é boa e estou satisfeito. One of the best luxurious hotels in Osaka. It has the best facilities but lacks electric vehicle charging even though it is one of the newest buildings in this area, so I will rate it four stars.

Excellent hotel! Definitely the best I've stayed at in Japan. The staff were great and the hotel has gone to great pains to keep things clean and safe. The views of the city are incredible! Executive lounge was really nice with a good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast was great as well! I'm looking forward to staying there again!

A uma curta viagem de táxi da Estação de Osaka. O lobby fica no 40º andar, mas assim que você sai do elevador, a vista é excelente. Os quartos são modernos e bonitos. A banheira é redonda e grande. Há lojas de conveniência e restaurantes próximos, então a localização é ótima. O café da manhã é separado do buffet e você pode pedir ovos como Egg Benedict. É um hotel muito bom e eu sempre o repito.
