“We arrived late at night, tired & hungry….and it all turned around as soon as we checked in. Karen was the absolute best and was so helpful and caring for us. The hotel is well kept and the lobby is beautiful. We had the $15 buffet for breakfast and it did it’s job. We aren’t talking fine dinning but it was way better than a “typical” hotel breakfast. Will be returning next trip to Charleston!”

“The rooms were clean, beds were comfy and overall stay was amazing. The staff was awesome. The rooftop terrace is a great place to watch the game and have a cocktail. The patio area is nice, great spot to sip a coffee. I would definitely recommend. Looking to staying here again.”

We stayed here over the weekend for my mother’s birthday. The lobby is gorgeous with a beautiful water feature that greets you upon arrival. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. What really sets this hotel apart from the rest is the year round outdoor heated pool. We were traveling from the northeast and really wanted to find a hotel with a pool. We could not seem to find any other hotels with year round outdoor pools in the area so this hotel was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice rooms, super clean, and spacious. The hotel staff was super nice and more than accommodating. This hotel has a great pool, super bar for cocktails, and lots of meal time options. The penthouse suites offer a concierge lounge and stupendous views of the city and bay. Very close to the Citadel, and downtown as well.
