O Hotel da minha lua de mel, 10 anos depois volto a visitá-lo, agora com os meus pequenos. A mesma Vista Paradisíaca, toda uma equipe super atenciosa e seguindo todos os protocolos de saúde. Um resort realmente agradável, embora muitas de nossas reservas tenham sido complicadas, o que pode acontecer com erros. No geral, um resort com uma vista fantástica. Bom wi-fi. E uma praia bonita.

Belo hotel na praia, o quarto é grande. Bom atendimento no lobby, piscina, sala de jantar e sala. Aproveite muito a estadia em geral. Cesar, Louis e Oscar oferecem um serviço excelente no café da manhã e sala de jantar Apenas uma questão que eu recomendo, piscina para adultos apenas. Havia tantas crianças pulando da banheira de hidromassagem para a piscina para adultos e espirrando água por todo o lugar sem supervisão. Não há como relaxar no último dia de nossa estadia na piscina. Eu não me importo com crianças na piscina para adultos com os pais, mas eles não devem fazer tanto barulho pulando na banheira de hidromassagem e na piscina para adultos.

El Hotel de mi Luna de Miel, 10 años después lo vuelvo a visitar, ahora con mis retoñitos. La misma Vista Paradisíaca, todo el personal super atento y siguiendo todos los protocolos de sanidad. Beautiful hotel on the beach, room is big. Good customer service from the lobby, pool, dining and room. Very enjoy the stay overall. Cesar, Louis and Oscar provides excellent service at the breakfast and dining room Only one issue I recommend, adult pool only. There were so many kids jumping from the hot tub in to adult pool and splashing water all over the place without supervision. There is no relaxing on the last day of our stay at pool. I don't mind kids in adult pool with parents but they should not make so much noise splashing jumping in the hot tub and adult pool.

So we stayed at the Sunset Plaza for two nights before coming to Barcelo. All I can say is that the view at Barcelo is absolutely beautiful and the some of the service was fantastic but sad to say that is all. We had a premium corner suite room on the 8th level. The views and bed were great, but our shower nor tub worked. We had to ask for items that should have already been in the room such as a hair dryer and conditioner. The electricity didn’t work if you didn’t keep your card at the insert at the door but no one tells you this. They didn’t stock our fridge until day 3 when we finally had to go to the front desk. The ice makers didn’t work and we told them several times and they denied it. Public toilets were constantly broken and not flushing. That was so gross and when we told them they said they already knew...what? We were surprised that our room had no kitchen and there is no difference between deluxe and premium. Warning about dinner reservations: you are lucky to get in as they say they can only have 20 guests per night. The buffet is always open but absolutely horrible food:( Another guest we ran into was crying cause she could ever get a reservation at a restaurant and they have been there for 3 days already. They have hired local people that don’t speak or read English or Spanish so they can save money but they are still charging high prices. We paid double than what we paid at Sunset and there food and service was absolutely amazing!!! I wanted to go back to that hotel to finish our vacation but like another person said they don’t offer refunds. This hotel was probably great 30 years ago but it’s not anymore.

A really nice resort although a lot of our reservations did get messed up which I get mistakes can happen. Overall a resort with an amazing view. Good wifi. And good looking beach.

-All inclusive package...is not all inclusive -Breakfast is buffet style american food (omelette, bacon, french toast, etc..) - Beach is crowded with boats - Only 4 tandem Kayaks for the entire hotel - Restaurants within hotel are mediocre -Tennis court net was broken and unswept -Also no refunds, so you have no leverage if you are unsatisfied with your experience. Feel free to ask me questions of you're thinking of going here. I recommend the Grand Miramar. It's not all inclusive but the rooms and view are well worth it. Menu style breakfast as well!

Excelente local com muitos benefícios, você não precisa sair do hotel para se divertir, a menos que queira conhecer os arredores. A comida no hotel é muito saborosa, e também as bebidas são ilimitadas. Os barqueiros da praia cobram caro, encontramos um barqueiro na mesma praia a 20 metros do hotel, o nome dele é Mauro e ele dá o melhor preço e serviço. Eu recomendo 100%.

Excelente lugar con muchos beneficios,no necesitas salir del hotel para pasarla bien,a menos que quieras conocer los alrededores. La comida es muy rica en el hotel, y también las bebidas son ilimitadas. Los lancheros de la playa cobran mucho, conocimos a un lanchero en la misma playa a 20 metros del hotel, se llama Mauro y da mejor precio y servicio.Lo recomiendo al 100%.

My husband and I are very glad that we were there recently! Many thanks to everyone at Barcelo Puerto Vallarta who took care of our comfortable and safe stay during our holidays despite COVID-19. We had a wonderful experience from check-in time to check-out. The room on the seventh floor gave us such a beautiful view! We would definitely come back and recommend this hotel! Also, would be great to know about a day pass option, so the hotel with wonderful views and friendly staff could be opened any day for at least several hours. Sincerely, Tanya B.

Had such an awesome stay here for about a week. Food is great with good variety, rooms are spacious and clean, several gorgeous pools. The only drawback for me was short beach shore filled with boats. Otherwise I really enjoyed it.

Resort was very nice. We had great weather the whole time (January) the food was alright, nothing special though. Our room had an amazing view. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The photographer there for weddings was very good. The wedding planner was really good once we got there. The language barrier obviously made for emails to get a little confusing but in the end it was all done properly. The beach seemed to have some bad sand fleas, which prohibited us from spending too much time on the beach, but at the end of the day the pools were great, and the kids all loved hanging out in there. We had a couples massage which was really nice, some of the guests even went multiple times. Resort wasn’t loud and made for a very relaxing time.
