But today I had a very unpleasant experience in the hotel's first floor restaurant.
It was about 7:40 am and I wanted to have breakfast at the outside table.
But despite the large number of empty tables outside, the female manager(THU), did not allow me to sit outside. I thought it was strange because there were many seats outside, but I just sat at the inside table.
But as soon as I sat down, many Westerners came, and she led them to the outside table.
Is it your hotel's rule to allow outside tables only for Westerners?
It is absurd and unpleasant to have experienced such racism in a hotel in Vietnam.
I hope this will not happen to guests of other hotels.
If it's your rule, fix it now, If not, train staff.”

Amazing Sunday brunch - from the minute you walk in everything is perfect!!
The staff are unbelievably helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
The food is amazing and I can't fault anything on offer. What makes it nicer is the food options change from week to week so you don't get bored of visiting!
The price is extremely good value, the best brunch in HCMC!!

Hotel design was fantastic and service was even better. When I checked out, I almost left my car key and hand cream in my room, but hotel staff handed it out to me during the last meeting at lobby. Thanks again for this warm hospitality, and strongly recommend this place to the guests who really want upper level of service with prestige. The first visit to Vietnam was full of joyful impressions due to Park Hyatt Saigon stay.
