Se está a procura de um Bom hotel o Sercotel Panamá Princess vai lhe atender com certeza. Em minha próxima viagem ao. Panamá, será minha primeira opção.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a bons restaurantes, shoppings e seguro. Recepção OK, limpeza OK, preço bem justo, mas o chuveiro foi o desastre. Ou a água saia extremamente quente ou extremamente fria. O café da manhã é muito bom. Segunda vez que me hospedei lá e achei que decaiu muito de uma ano para outro.

Rooms are kind of ok, very dated and slightly moldy in the bathrooms. Carpet needs to go with the at least 10 year old beds

Ahorita estoy en la celebración de una fiesta y la comida no tenía un buen estándar que fuese elaborada por un buen cocinero la ensalada muy seca y poco buena....este hotel debe mejorar todo ya que hasta subir desde el estacionamientos es una odisea....mala atención de los bar tenders a los invitados.....muy maña impresion

A hotel showing its age and a lack of good management. Check-in at reception took ages with staff overwhelmed with pieces of paper and a lack of a streamlined service. Some people needed 30 mins to check in. The wifi signal is poor on the upper floors, weak and intermittent at best. I had to sit in reception to work. The air conditioning is too strong and the building is quite cold even if you turn off the machine in your room. My room had not been properly cleaned when I arrived, crumbs on tables and dirty floors and was not serviced in the two days I was there. The damp gives a musty smell all around. I didn't try breakfast as it was 10 dollars extra.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente, a pocos minutos del malecón (te puedes ir caminando). Está rodeado de rascacielos, con vistas muy atractivas. Es cierto que las habitaciones son un poco antiguas pero muy cómodas, con baños amplios y espacios agradables dentro de la misma. El team del hotel es muy agradable, muy dispuesto a resolver y ayudar. 10/10!

Not a 4 star hotel. The hotel is nice but needs work. So much effort into the lobby and thats about it. Painting of the exterior and the pool area, a working gym is needed as the pictures of the gym shown is not what the gym looks like. Location is good. Room was ok. Started with 5 different sized towels and when house keeping came left me with just two. Did not fill the toilet paper. Two paper flat pillows called for two more twice and was never given the additional nor was a call back given to our room. I had to go get it myself. I called twice for pool towels and was told there was none. Another person asked a person who worked there and he returned with 8 towels and they were given to people lounging on chairs and none to the people actually in the pool. Alot of bird feces around the pool area also. When my spouse brought these things to the attention of the front desk she was given a mediocre response. I then went and gave the same complaints. I was given a late check out as compensation. No one at the pool bar, no one at the lobby bar. No microwave, no refrigerator, had to get my own ice. No coffee maker/tea or water. I asked for hot water for tea and was literally given a small cup of hot water. An iron holder but no iron. No blow dryer. All basic "4 star hotel amenities". Breakfast was apart of our stay and was closely monitored to the point where I had to ask for a bit more to equal a regular sized portion of eggs as I was served the portion an 8 year old would eat. The only truly pleasant people who work there were house keeping that said hi when you passed by them.

There's no good wifi in the rooms also no water and the door of the restroom doesn't work... I expected more from this hotel because the lobby looks luxurious however the rooms are old I don't recommend this place

Hello AST reviews to the rescue. I have travelled to 30 countries and this hotel has by far the worst wifi internet I have ever experienced. After informing the staff they changed us to another room where the internet was worse. It will take you an hour to upload one video and maybe 30 minutes to open instagram. I speak English French and Portuguese, and out of these three languages, only approximately 5% of the staff speaks English and 0% speak French or Portuguese. There is an Turkish flag at the entrance, so if you are Armenian or Greek or Byzantine and have a political motive against Turkey, beware of the flag. The TV's are older than me and they only have local cable. DO NOT do tours through the hotel, the price they gave me to go to San Blas beach is 142$ per person, when online you can find the same thing for 67$ per person. The toilet will make a noise for a solid 5 minutes after flushing, so don't flush at night if someone else is sleeping. They charge an ABSURD amount to wash your clothes... Like they are robbing you in broad daylight. Actually I would be ashamed to even offer the service at this point. Your window view will be blocked by the amount of dirt stuck on the window from the outside. THE ONLY GOOD THING: The location is good and the price was very cheap at 306$ per week.

Very bad. 1. High humidity in the room. 2. there is no "do not disturb" sign. 3. the device blocking the opening of the doors is broken. 4. the safe in the room is broken 5. $10 breakfast is good for a 2 star hotel

Terrible hotel, tiene un olor desagradable, tanto en pasillos como en las habitaciones, no cuentan con mini bar, NI SIQUIERA UNA BOTELLA DE AGUA. Las camas son incomodas, las almohadas parece que las partieron a la mitad. Se encuentra muy deteriorado, el servicio de restaurante es malo, con pocas opciones y calidad muy baja, además de no poder cargar las cuentas a la habitacion, asi que debes cargar con dinero en el mismo hotel. Y lo peor de todo PESIMO SERVICIO AL HUESPED, los recepcionistas son apáticos y descorteses. Muy mala experincia. No le daria ni una estrella pero es importante que conozcan las características o mejor las desventajas de hospedarse

O típico Hotel Clássico, bem localizado, bem cuidado e bom atendimento.

El hotel está ubicado en un excelente lugar de la ciudad de Panama. Es un hotel viejo, pero se mantiene bastante bien. Las habitaciones son sencillas y funcionales. El baño está correcto. Por protocolo de pandemia sólo hacen los cuartos cada 3 días lo que realmente es horrible. Porque hoy este hotel es más para viajes de negocios que para viajes largos de turismo, ni hablar. Está ubicado en el complejo del WTC y un plus es el amplio estacionamiento que tiene. Esta bien, pero no deslumbra.

I stayed here for a week. overall a good value. The good: convenient location in Marbella. a block from the multicentro commercial center (mall). nice clean and up to date lobby and hallways The outdoor pool deck and accompanying bar were tidy and inviting for their age. Bed was fairly comfy. This was a standard room witha a single queen bed. amply spacious for the price. The Not so good: my room suffered from moisture related odours. a staff member managed this issue with plug- in perfume dispensers. The interior doors and cabinetry were either damaged or swollen. i can understand the effects of humidity taking its toll, but a good maintenance crew would be on top of this The broke 3 days in. despite the full blast A/C, I felt damp in the sheets. this room would have benefited from a mini fridge.

Hotel simples com o pequeno almoço de qualidade

Estuve hospedado del viernes 6 de mayo al domingo 8 de mayo de 2022, participando en un taller formativo, en el cual salimos mas de 15 personas intoxicadas por la comida. Hasta el ultimo momento en que permanecí en el hotel, la gerencia no se hizo responsable por tan desagradable momento, en que nuestra salud se ha visto afectada. A parte de esto, en las habitaciones solo había un jabón, ni acondicionador para cabello y solo pusieron una botella de agua. Mal servicio, no recomiendo este hotel.

Las habitaciones tienen un fuerte olor a húmedo, es desagradable. La comida buena solamente deberían tener más variedad, el servicio bueno. Lo malo es que no había ni una botella de agua en la habitación. Todo había que comprarlo.

En la recepcion muy amables las habitacion excelente el lugar muy bien ubicado pero en la piscina falta mas atencion ..el bar no hay anuncian venta de bebidas pero no hay a quien pedir.. si mejoran eso seria tremendo lugar..

The lobby, decor, and location of this hotel indicates that it's a 4 star hotel, but the rooms are definitely not in that category. Although the rooms are spacious they are dated and poorly laid out. There's no comfortable sitting furniture by the window even though there's plenty of space, just a dated wing chair. No coffee maker, no way to make your own tea. Half the electrical outlets don't work. No reading lights by the bed.

Horrible, es un edificio viejo, el elevador del sótano no sirve, en la piscina si hay eventos como quinceaños no te atienden ponen opciones de snacks te dicen que no están disponibles cerrandote el teléfono la recepción total falta de respeto. Tiene mal olor los pasillos así como a kangaru, ni se diga la habitación donde no hay refrigerador, huele mal, el sauna ni funciona. Parece un hotel de paso. El desayuno es muy limitado casi no hay nada, no existe variedad. El pero hotel que me he hospedado

Perfect hotel, clean and for a reasonable price. Including a modest breakfast but a perfect spot in the city with a great view. Staff is very friendly. Good bed and good wifi. Airco is very cold...

By far the worst hotel for the money! Molded walls, horrible service, unfriendly staff, extremely unmaintained! Many hotels in panama offer better service for less and the service here is the worst...
