Went for 5 days had no problems everyone was super friendly and I found it to be clean and safe great experience all around

Great people. Enjoyed the 2 hr free happy hour wed night. Rooms clean.. nice set up for out of town. Office. Kitchen.

O gerente assistente RaKeem, mesmo depois de ver tudo, não ofereceu outro quarto e também agiu como se visse tudo o que estava sendo mostrado a ele. Inacreditável! We drove eight hours and had booked since early February. We had to wait for 3 o'clock check-in. I was really tired and just wanted to rest in a great hotel room. To my horror the Room was absolutely deplorable. It had roaches. It was so dirty. The bathroom had broken molding around the floor. The toilet was dirty with brown spots on the seat. All of the cabinets and doors had fingerprints all over them. The dishwasher and refrigerator showed smear marks and drips. The tables were sticky and dirty. The assistant manager RaKeem, even after seeing everything, did not offer another room and also acted as if he did see everything that was being shown to him. Unbelievable! The refrigerator had a broken shelf. The drawers were sticky and dirty. After the assistant manager's reaction I wanted the room to be cleaned in front of me. That manager left before all was resolved. He never contacted me after that evening to see if everything was resolved and if everything was okay. I have pictures and videos of everything. I finally spoke with a real manager who saw the pictures and videos.

The facility was nice and clean with complimentary breakfast that was definitely decent for early risers. Don’t sleep in you will miss it. The pool is cold. My daughter didn’t mind but my boyfriend and I did. If you book with third party make sure they redo the room rates before checking you in or else you will be out of that money until someone fixes it.

The location and the facilities were great. Staff were great at first but quickly became nonchalant. we arrived after 3 PM to find out our room was not ready but they could switch our room with someone else room that wasn’t there yet. Fine but this seems to not be quite ready yet either. Because we found a brush full of hair under the ornament and a used chapstick in the pull out couch. We also paid for a King Bed but it was queen . They also have a policy about loud noise after 11 but they don’t do anything about it. I had to call multiple times over multiple nights about the neighboring rooms making loud noise running up and down hallway bouncing balls 12 and 1 A.M. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

The rooms at Homewood Suites are similar to the Extended Stay brand hotels but Homewood's are slightly bigger in size. Hilton needs to revamp their cleanliness guarantee asap to add a hygiene university to the new hire orientation, an extensive cleaning program which gives new hires the proper training protocols on how to properly clean and sanitize the rooms! Stains were every where in these rooms! Outside, thelobby had stains on the coffee table and sofas. From the walls to the floor everything was filthy! The rooms themselves stinked like sweaty toes!! They need a team of 20 people to clean and sanitize each floor at Homewood Suites! The apps should block off rooms that doesn't meet their highest cleanliness standards! The manager at Homewood's went around trying to find me a room that was cleaner than that first room that Hilton's customer care reserved on my behalf, his findings was the same as mines, that all of the rooms that went into was just like the first one!! Like this place could use a soapy pressure washing every other day! The room was dirty and smelled funny.Some of the staff were great but others not so much.The day of check out both my room keys were deactivated that morning but check out wasn't until 11.

This hotel use to be very nice when I stayed at this location previously. It now has a smell in the hallway and room. The smell in the room was an unclean smell. The hallway smelled like waste. The carpet could has stain removal cleaning.

Very disappointed in the quality of this property.The lobby is updated and beautiful, but the rooms are a huge disappointment.Obviously the furnishings have not been updated in years and were quite soiled and uncomfortable, nor the walls repaired andpainted or mattresses replaced. We expected more from a Hilton Property.

Overall, it was a reasonable experience. I will surely stay there again for the convenience to the meeting space and the staff is great and rooms comfy. However; it's gone down a star because of the changes that just make the wow factor down a bit from previous stays. IE: No manager's happy hour; minimized the breakfast options; room had a dirty towel in the bathroom drawer (could happen I guess); and the hotel's shuttle was not working so we had to pay for uber rather than get a complimentary ride to the office a mile away.
