“The accommodations and the service here were spectacular throughout my one week stay here. While staying here, I had an accident. Fortunately, Mohammed at the front desk while able to provide swift assistance in stopping further bleeding/injury and calling for immediate medical support. While I was in the hospital, he also periodically checked on my 2 dogs that were left in the hotel room. In addition, Nick the manager was very helpful in making sure the remainder of my stay was pleasant! Thank you!”

“The manager, who I believe is named Nick, was by far without a doubt the nicest and best Hilton employee I’ve ever met. As a diamond member, I’ve met tons and tons of hotel employees but this guy went above the rest. He was training a new person who he treated very respectfully, upgraded my room for free, and called in to check on me about an hour after checking in. Hilton should promote this guy and pay him to travel around and train other hotels on how to treat guests. I’ve noticed a big decline in hospitality since COVID at all branded hotels but this again was by far above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in the past decade. Give this guy a raise!!”
