“We had a disappointing experience at this hotel, and it certainly did not live up to the expectation that we had of Scandic.
They were very clearly understaffed and therefore couldn't keep up with the amount of guests. The receptionist couldn't give simple information such as parking or breakfast times with the excuse that "he didn't normally work here".
The breakfast was bland and underwhelming.”
