“I went there for breakfast this morning, requested one with an omelet. 25 mins later still not being served, I asked for update to the waiter, and didn’t got any news for any additional 10 mins. So I asked for the bill just to discover there was no omelet on it ! Non only they didn’t took the order the first time, but when I asked for news they didn’t even notice. They barely apologised for it. This is totally unacceptable for such a palace. First and last time.”

“We went out of our way to visit whilst in Paris. We had such a great time at Raffles in Singapore so decided to give it a try! We ordered 2 cocktails they took about 15 minutes to come, unfortunately they were incorrect - which isn't a problem. They went back to get our correct drinks. I love cocktails and would happily pay for a decent drink! If you charge 30 euros for one drink make it special! One of the worst Mojitos I have ever had! Amazing beautiful setting its a shame the quality let it down.”
