“Welcoming staff. Rooms are pretty good but staff said that upgrades will be happening soon now that Sonesta owns the property. Free breakfast buffet. Snack shop in lobby. Very close to airport. Easy access to all parts of Tucson. Decent pool area for a airport hotel. I would stay again for easy access to airport but if you're visiting Tucson for a few days stay in-town. Either downtown or close to areas you will visiting the most. There is a Sonesta near Reid Park and that location is midtown and has lots to do nearby.”

“I had booked through hotels.com and my reservation was sent to the hotel but not my booking. They let me check in without actually checking in until 5 hours later hotels.com finally sent the booking. The room was large and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights and all staff was friendly and fun. The bed was so comfortable I could almost live there! Felt very safe and at home.”
