“This hotel probably has one of the worse management I’ve ever seen. During our stay the air conditioning in our room broke down. After a few unsuccessful try to fix it, they let us stay that night with no a/c. We couldn’t sleep the entire night. The hotel never offered us to temporary change the room for the night when they had a lot available. I think they can do better at solving inconvenient situations to client during their stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for their lack of touch and respect to their customer. An apology was never made from the management about this situation.”

“Experiência terrível! Logo na chegada nos deparamos com um carrinho que soltava uma imensa fumaça, que era inseticida para matar as moscas! Deveriam ter o cuidado de passar mais a noite quando as pessoas não estão nos jardins! A recepção de chegada ao hotel nada simpático,parecia que estávaa nos fazer um favor. Carregador de bagagem nada simpático e ainda ficou plantado no nosso quarto nos fazendo sentir precionados a dar gorjeta. A praia muita muita muita alga Tivemos que ficar o tempo todo na piscina Todos os dias tínhamos que nos chatear quase a implorar que o Mini bar foce abastecido e mesmo reclamando nunca foi Os lençóis e capas de almofadas cheiram muito mal As reservas de restaurantes nunca tinham horários Tivemos que jantar quase todos os dias entre as 18:00 e as 18:30 quando ainda não sentíamos nenhuma fome Podíamos optar pelo bufê mas ao jantar a comidaé péssima parecia sobras do almoço Os funcionários quase todos vivem ao telemovel Estão sempre a conversar uns com os outros em voz alta Alguns são simpáticos outros chegam a ser extremamente grosseiros Este está longe de ser um resort 5 estrelas Nunca recomendaria a um amigo!”
