Hotel maravilhoso. Virou minha rede preferida ❤️ Não é dos mais baratos, mas vale a experiência, já que os quartos são ótimos e lindos, além disso há muuuuuitas atrações, tem um café excelente e um bar no rooftop com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Um extra aqui é que o hotel também conta com uma programação que vai de tour de bike pela cidade até aulas de capoeira.

A localização é realmente ótima. Mesmo sendo um hotel para estudantes, parece haver muitos outros hóspedes hospedados. Não era barulhento ou super ocupado. Adorei que podemos lavar a roupa gratuitamente no andar de baixo. Os funcionários da recepção são super simpáticos e prestativos. Muito frio para utilizar a área da piscina na cobertura, mas tem uma vista legal. Os quartos são meio pequenos, mas funcionam por algumas noites, banheiros limpos, bons chuveiros. Ficaria aqui novamente

Location is really great. Even though it’s a students hotel, there seems to be lots of other guests staying. Wasn’t loud or super busy. Loved that we can do laundry for free downstairs. Staff at front desk are super friendly and helpful. Too cold to utilize rooftop pool area but has a cool view. Rooms are kinda small but work for a few nights, clean bathrooms, nice showers. Would stay here again

Esta é a segunda vez que ficamos em um hotel para estudantes e também nos divertimos muito aqui em Florença. O quarto era bonito, confortável e acima de tudo jovem. A única desvantagem é a limpeza, os lençóis tinham manchas e o chuveiro não estava muito limpo. Tendo uma menina, pedimos um berço, embora a cama fosse tão grande que três de nós caberiam facilmente nela. Como outros hotéis para estudantes, aqui também havia academia, lavanderia (gratuita), uma bela piscina com vista no 6º andar, mesas de pingue-pongue e pebolim para passar o tempo. O buffet da manhã foi excelente, muito abundante e a comida muito boa. Os meninos foram maravilhosos, todos muito gentis, desde a recepção até o pessoal do restaurante/bar, até nos deram um pato de borracha para a garotinha. 🥰 No geral, nos sentimos realmente em casa, acho que agora vamos organizar nossas férias com base em onde os hotéis estudantis estão localizados.

El hotel es muy chulo, muy moderno y con muchos detalles y está bien ubicado. El desayuno muy rico y variado. La piscina es bonita pero muy pequeña y tiene un horario muy reducido, cerrando a las 18:30 en pleno agosto. La habitación estaba bien, amplia y práctica. El personal es un poco “pasota” al ser gente muy joven, son amables cuando hablas con ellos, pero al entrar en recepción no te saludan por ejemplo. Pero a la vez el rollo que hay es muy relajado. Muy inclusivo en cuestión lgtbi+.

El hotel es espectacular, especialmente la piscina. Tuvimos un problema el último día, la chica de housekeeping entró dos veces en la habitación mientras nos cambiábamos diciendo que nos teníamos que ir (9:30 y 10:00) cuando el check-out es a las 11:00. Tuvimos que echarla de la habitación mientras nos gritaba.

Overall I do recommend staying here. This is a really unique place with a fun, young energy. Full disclosure: yes it’s a hostel/dormitory but it’s also a lovely place for grown ups to stay with a rooftop pool/bar, yummy breakfast, cafe, English speaking staff and free laundry!It’s not a typical hotel and you won’t get room service, you might have to use the stairs instead of elevator, and your shower might not be as hot as you want it. If you can go with the flow, this is the place for you.

Unfortunately the cleanliness was not there. There were still handkerchiefs under the bed. Lots of dust on the furniture and in the bathroom. Also, I sent several emails and never got back. BUT the welcome and friendliness of the staff was perfect. The equipment of the hotel and the diversity of services is really satisfactory. We appreciate, of course, the atmosphere and the ambiance of the place. And even if my emails were not answered, my request for the room was taken into account.

La ubicación cercana a los puntos de interés más importantes. Las instalaciones del hotel son magníficas. El precio acorde a los servicios. El personal regular. La limpieza de la habitación pobre, no cambiaron las toallas en 4 días que estuvimos. Lo mejor del hotel la piscina con vistas al skyline de Florencia. El desayuno barato en el bar, pero precio desorbitado en el buffet. Los lugares de descanso muy acogedores y cómodos. Las zonas de ocio muy bien. La lavandería excelente. Los precios del bar de la piscina desorbitados (12€ un mojito sin hierbabuena).

Estuvimos en este hotel durante nuestra estancia en Florencia.Lo que más me ha gustado es el desayuno tipo buffet está todo muy rico. Aunque no cambian nada todos los días lo mismo pero bueno hay diversidad de cosas y se desayuna muy bien.Luego en la cafetería puedes comer también pero nuestra experiencia no fue buena como el desayuno pedimos una hamburguesa y una rosca de salmón La hamburguesa mal y la rosca pasable.Lo peor son los ascensores. Cómo tengas planta alta espera pacientemente hasta llegar. Es un hotel muy grande y lo dicho los ascensores pocos y desastresLas camas individuales son superestrecha será de 80cm como muchoPero la limpieza no hay queja.Hay una piscina con vistas increíbles a Florencia. Es pequeña y agua muy fría para ser agosto.Pero merece la pena subir y aunque no te bañes puedes tomar algo y disfrutá de las vistas.Dispone también un gimnasio en la última planta Volver? Pues no volveré porque no creo que vuelva a visitar Florencia de nuevo 😂

Hotel para lo que es , dormir y descansar,desayuno muy bien , amplio y surtido. Habitación sencilla , sin lujos pero práctica. Piscina en el ático con bar para tomar algo.No nos hicieron las camas en los 3 días y en la terraza por una coca cola italiana nos emplumaron 6€.

The high rating reviews of this place are definitely fake! This is not a 4-star hotel. It is a hostel that looks like a dorm.Our room had no hair drier, no coffee maker, no hand soap, no night stand and no rug. The floor and walls were super dirty as you can see in the pictures below. There was only one outlet to charge phones and that was on a desk. The queen bed had lighting only on one side. Their furniture was the lowest quality possible just like the ones you can find in a dorm. They did not ever pick up the phone when we called the front desk. We had to go down stairs and wait for one hour to ask for a hair drier, which then they just did not bring to our room even-though they promised they would. We asked for an iron in our room and they said that we have to go to the basement use the irons. (How is this place a 4-star hotel?!!!)We asked them to clean the dirty floor and they promised that are going to fix it but they did not do anything.We asked to talk to the manager but they said there is no one there!No one even apologized for all of these. The staff were super irresponsible.Don’t be fooled by their pool’s pictures. Their pool is always fully booked and you don’t even need to be a guest to use that area.The hotel had a very tiny elevator for the area of our room which had more than 100 rooms. Each time we had to wait for ever to use the elevator. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful hotel with great rooftop bar and pool. You need a reservation for both , but that way you will enjoy incredible experience without too many people up there. The room was small but comfy and clean. Hotel is close to train station and the main attractions, about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Great experience!!

Ok hotel, expensive relative to value but that might go for a lot in Florence. Rooftop pool is nice extra though small with few beds you need to reserve (but prob can’t), the view is nice and open to all guests. Housekeeping didn’t come by at all in 5 days. They did bring new towels when we called, and ‘would make a note’ so housekeeping would come by. They didn’t. Attached pictures of the salami sandwich we saw each day we walked down the stairs. Location is good, near the train station and on the edge of the center of town. Nice receptionists (though they could use more than 2 for a big hotel). Good atmosphere, rooms were fine.

12.07 llegamos al hotel a la tarde y en el check in no nos explican absolutamente nada sobre el funcionamiento del hotel. Solo nos explican cómo funcionan las llaves y dónde está la habitación. La habitación llena de polvo y suciedad en las alfombras. A las 6pm subimos a la piscina, nadie nos dice nada para entrar, y cinco minutos después nos echan porque la piscina cierra supuestamente a las 6 (más tarde nos enteramos de que en realidad cierra a las 6.30pm). 13.07 Desayuno genial. Volvemos de visitar la ciudad a las 3pm y nos encontramos con la habitación a medio hacer. No habían repuesto papel higienico y los suelos y superficies llenas de polvo. Subimos a la piscina. Al entrar me paran para preguntar si estoy en “la lista”. A eso respondo que no se qué es “la lista” y que nadie me ha explicado nada. Se supone que en el check in nos tendrían que haber reservado horario para ir a la piscina, cosa que no se ha hecho. Es muy vergonzoso llegar a la piscina y que delante de otros huéspedes te digan que no estás en la lista. De todos modos, nos dejaron entrar y todo perfecto. Después bajé a recepción para reservar espacio para el día siguiente. Varios clientes se nos colaron en la fila y el recepcionista no les paró, bastante irrespetuoso. Se lo hago saber al recepcionista y le cuento todos los problemas que estamos teniendo y la falta de información que vivimos durante el check in. Nos pide disculpas y nos reserva espacio en la piscina al día siguiente. 14.07 Volvemos a la habitación a las 2pm y resulta que esta vez no está hecha, no tenemos toallas y la habitación no está limpia.RESUMEN: Si tienes alergia al polvo no te quedes en este hotel. Exige en el check in que te expliquen TODO sobre el funcionamiento, así no te llevarás malos ratos.

Cool branding! The lobby area is very nice and has a cool vibe!! Rooms are ok.. all in all clean but I wouldn't be coming back. Not enough outlets to charge phone, etc.. floor is old like inside and outside the room feels a little bit old, we found out that the rooftop area that was one of the things that made us book this place was closed to renovation only after we booked.. but the people at the reception are very very nice 🙂

Somente entrei pra visitar e achei o local incrível

This hotel is fabulous! (and I don't use that word often). Very clean, very creative, super-friendly staff, great location (just a few minutes away from all the core-city sights and across the street from a nice park and close to mass transit). Others have mentioned reticence when they discovered that "TSH" stood for The Student Hotel. I too wondered what this meant. Fear not. This is a first-class place to stay by any measure. It clear to see the owners went all-in to make for a great experience and they succeeded!

Worst hotel I stayed in during a two week Italy vacation. The room was dirty, the windows were so thin you could here everything outside them and the hotel was ran by kids. I will for sure never stay...

This hotel was amazing. The awe inspiring decorations throughout the hotel were meticulously thought out from hanging open umbrellas to cover an exposed walkway down to a map pin in our room. Views...

The Hotel is certainly nice in its concept and the roof top bar is fantastic. However at 313€/ night plus breakfast and tax it was the most expensive Hotel I have ever stayed at…..was it the best...
