“The hotel is nice. Staff are courteous and very welcoming. Rooms are big with beautiful Italian marble bathroom. Very comfortable for families. But BEWARE of lower floors (until the 2nd floor): your room will be smelly from the main kitchen and noisy from the street. Add to this in our case, the thin walls as we hear our neighbors shouting and fighting (our room is separated by a door). Not worth the price at all. Henry (the duty manager) tried his best to change our room but the hotel is fully booked (probably overbooked in this case). Would have expected much more from Waldorf Astoria.”

“From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean with beautiful ambiance, fresh flowers, fantastic restaurants. The beach is great with staff ready to set you up with towels, beds and umbrellas. We used the in room dining, breakfast buffet and lunch at the beach/pool. It was always fresh and easy to receive with fantastic service. All and all we were very happy with everything.”
