“Beautiful hotel. Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, but I am used to american hotels. You can get a room overlooking the park, you'll see green parrots flying around as well as the beautiful tall majestic Roman pines.”

“Las habitaciones pequeñas y el baño minúsculo. No te puedes secar el pelo sin darte con la puerta en el codo. Sorprendente en un hotel cuatro estrellas. El desayuno buffet sin comentarios, no funciona bien el tostador y solo existe ese para todo el comedor!!! Una de las cafeteras tampoco funciona. Una pena de desayuno para el estandar de calidad que se espera de NH y de esta categoría de hotel. El termostato de una de nuestras habitaciones no funciona correctamente. Y sigue en vigor el comentario de 2016 sobre el tiempo de respuesta del bar-restaurante para servir un sandwich, una hora!!!, sin tostar y el queso sin fundir!!!. Por decir algo positivo, la cama es muy buena. No recomiendo este hotel. Es una pena.”
