“When arriving to the NH hotel in Merida, we were welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. The staff knew English. Check in was easy and so fast. We had help from a staff member with our luggage. The hotel smelled very nice was clean. Our room was gorgeous with an amazing view of the city. The room came with a fridge, closet space, desk, a safe, iron board, iron, tv, and toiletries. The room was very neat and clean. They gave us a safety kit as well. The breakfast was super delicious! It had all kinds of delicious Mexican breakfast food. The NH Hotel had a pool, gym, bar, buffet, meeting room and computers. I would highly recommend the NH Hotel in Merida. The hotel is surrounded also by other restaurants, shops and salons. There are also a lot of shopping centers two blocks away.”

“La ubicación es buena,puedes ir paseando a conocer la zona y tiene sitios agradables y bonitos para visitar. La atención puede mejorar, cuando llegamos al hotel tu unos que esperar más de una hora porque se supone que estaban limpiando la habitación y no tenían ninguna preparada para asignarnos. No fue algo imperdonable dado que pudimos esperar comiendo, nuestra gran y peor sorpresa resultó ser cuando nos asignan la habitación fuimos a instalarnos y resulta ser que la limpieza también tiene mucho que mejorar ...pelo en la bañera ...la alfombrilla blanca se le veían manchas ...al ducharte llenas el suelo de agua y la alfombrilla mojada se llevó la suciedad del suelo,así que de ser "blanca" paso a estar gris.....los rincones de la ducha negros ...es decir tiene moho.... El suelo de la habitación ....seguro que si le pasó la toalla blanca también acaba gris.... Hemos estado en otros hoteles de la misma casa y no hemos tenido estos inconvenientes...de hecho todo a sido mucho mejor, en atención y limpieza ...espero puedan mejorar porque nosotros así ,este hotel no lo recomendamos....”
