Um bom quarto, equipe excepcional. Bom restaurante. A melhor parte foi todos na equipe dando tal excelente serviço ao cliente. Grande gritar para os condutores de transporte! Você é maravilhoso. O prédio é um pouco mais antigo, mas realmente não importa. O pátio com a piscina é lindo.

Este resort é o mais bem avaliado da região. Venho aqui há anos. Se você ficar por alguns dias, com certeza não ficará desapontado.Melhor hotel da região!! Muito bom, limpo. Cama confortável e ótimo atendimento! Obtenha um quarto com varanda com vista para a piscina e para o pátio! Além disso, a piscina / pátio tem uma rede por cima, para que não haja insetos durante o verão quente. Altamente recomendado!! E não é um preço ruim para quantas noites ficamos também!!

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. Best hotel in the area!! Very nice ,clean. Comfortable bed and great service! Get a balcony room overlooking the pool and courtyard! Also the pool/ courtyard has a net over the top so no bugs gotnin during the hot summer. Highly recommend!! And not a bad price for how many nights we stayed either!!

Este hotel é horrível. Não valeu a pena o dinheiro que paguei por isso. A recepção estava ocupada demais querendo assistir TV e depois me verificando. O hotel cheirava a perfume forte. Acho que são apenas seus produtos de limpeza. Os pisos dos quartos estavam sujos. Barata na esquina. Pelo menos estava morto. O banheiro é muito pequeno. Você pode lavar os pés, escovar os dentes enquanto usa o banheiro, pequenininho. O chuveiro era pequeno e se você cuspir em si mesmo, a pressão da água seria 10 vezes melhor do que o chuveiro. O chuveiro também estava sujo. As molduras das portas precisavam de pintura. A / c estava frio, mas alto. Cama estava ok. Não é duro, mas não é macio, mas nada que escrever. O estacionamento está muito escuro. Sem luzes suficientes e estacionamos perto. (Porque eles quase não tinham ninguém hospedado aqui). Alguém roubou as maçanetas da gaveta da mesinha de cabeceira. Alguém também roubou o bujão de drenagem da pia 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Por favor, fique em outro lugar.

This hotel is horrible. It was not worth the money I paid for it. Front desk was too busy wanting to watch TV then checking me in. The hotel smelled if heavy perfume. I guess it's just their cleaning products. The room floors were dirty. Roach in the corner. At least it was dead. Bathroom is really small. You can wash your feet, brush you teeth all while using the toilet, tiny. The shower was small and if you spit on yourself they water pressure would be 10 times better than the shower. The shower was also dirty. The door frames needed painting. A/c was cold but loud. Bed was ok. Not hard but not soft, but nothing to write home about. Parking lot is really dark. Not enough lights and we parked up close. (Cause they hardly had anyone staying here). Someone stole the nightstand drawer handles. Someone also stole the sink drain plug 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Please stay somewhere else.

Este é um ótimo hotel no fato de ser único e tem um tema. Sendo um guerreiro da estrada fica tipo de chato ficar no Hampton Inn típico é refrescante para ficar em algum lugar com uma personalidade. Eu não tive a oportunidade de usar a piscina, mas eu usei o ginásio. Eles têm um ótimo serviço de transporte para o aeroporto

Este hotel não se parece com o seu típico hotel Hilton, a arquitetura é adorável com um ótimo pátio. Os funcionários foram todos muito agradável, embora eles poderiam ter reduziu as mensagens de texto perguntando sobre a minha estadia. Minha única outra pequena queixa era que havia muito pequenos pontos de venda no quarto. Se os viajantes estão lá em negócios ou férias, todos terão vários dispositivos que precisarão ser cobrados. Havia duas lâmpadas em ambos os lados da cama que pareciam ter tomadas na base, mas não havia fiação no interior da tomada, por quê ?? Eu uso o meu telefone como um alarme quando viajo para o trabalho, foi um pouco agravante que eu não poderia carregar meu telefone durante a noite. Com isso dito, eu ainda acho que foi um bom hotel, talvez apenas melhor voltado para turistas em vez de viajantes de negócios.

Adoramos a localização deste hotel, perto de 35 restaurantes / teatros / mercearias. Para um viajante, essas questões são importantes.O estacionamento não é gratuito, o que é um pouco chato, mas é par para o curso no SA. O próprio hotel é um estabelecimento antigo, mas tem muito charme e aconchego. A decoração espanhola se abre para fora e uma linda varanda / área da piscina.Eles oferecem um restaurante completo, então a manhã é muito mais do que um donut / café. Você pode pedir um menu completo, e a equipe é tão amável!Os quartos são enormes e a maioria tem acesso ao pátio / varanda. As camas, a parte mais importante, são a minha parte favorita deste hotel. Tenho sempre a melhor noite de sono !!Sempre que estamos na área, sempre ficamos aqui.

A uma curta distância do aeroporto (sem malas). Great equipe atenciosa e informada da recepção. Rápido check in / out. A uma curta distância de locais de alimentação, North Star Mall e rota de ônibus n º 5 (McCullough) para Down Town (2,75 $ dia passe). Ótimo hotel, mas pedir quartos voltados para fora (em vez de enfrentar a piscina). Os quartos são grandes e limpos, cama confortável, limpo chuveiro eficiente. Adequado para pequena família. Nice piscina exterior. Café-da-manhã é excelente e farto de escolha saudável. Grande estilo espanhol sentir, agradável e sem stress.

A equipe foi agradável e muito acolhedor, mas para ser honesto, eles são muito caro! Eles parecem ainda estar em construção ..? Eles não são mais chamados de árvore dupla, eles são chamados de “estancia del Norte” sem microondas (eu não sabia que o Hilton não colocava microondas em seus quartos, eu me hospedei em hotéis muito mais legais e eles tinham microondas, a senhora da recepção foi bom o suficiente para aquecer nossa comida para nós na sala de descanso do funcionário) cada máquina de gelo em cada andar está quebrada. Havia k-xícaras para o keurig e um deles tinha sido literalmente usado e sentou-se ao lado do resto deles, então os donos da casa não verificaram ou reabasteceram completamente A piscina está fechada (o que tenho certeza de que é por causa de covid, compreensível), mas pagamos $ 400 por duas noites em um hotel bastante básico. 🤷🏾‍♀️ A coisa mais legal provavelmente era o banheiro.

The staff was nice and very welcoming but To be honest they are way over priced! They seem to still be under construction..? They aren’t even called double tree anymore they’re called “estancia del Norte” no microwaves ( I wasn’t aware that Hilton doesn’t put microwaves in their rooms, I’ve stayed in way nicer hotels and they had microwaves, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to heat our food up for us in the employee break room) every single ice machine on each floor is broken. There was k-cups for the keurig and one of them had literally been used and sat next to the rest of them so the house keepers didn’t thoroughly check or restock. The pool is closed (which I am sure that is because of covid, understandable) but we paid $400 for two nights in a pretty basic hotel. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Nicest thing was probably the bathroom.

Bom lugar para ficar, mas nossas camas não eram muito confortáveis, e sem café da manhã de cortesia. Eles estão em processo de remodelação. O serviço de traslado de e para o aeroporto foi ótimo. Eles também nos levaram a qualquer lugar no raio de 3 km do hotel, como shopping, restaurantes, estação de ônibus de Metra e local do casamento. O restaurante era bom para o café da manhã e comemos no bar à noite, exceto nos finais de semana.

Funcionários simpáticos e agradáveis. O quarto era pequeno, mas limpo e agradável. A piscina era linda e pacífica. Ótimo lugar para sentar e tomar uma bebida. Eu não recomendaria este lugar para famílias porque o quarto e o banheiro eram muito pequenos. Mas se você estiver hospedado com 3 ou menos pessoas, este lugar seria perfeito.

Nice place to stay but our beds were not very comfortable, and no complimentary breakfast. They are in the process of remodeling. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. They also took usanywhere in the 2 miles radius from the hotel like mall, restaurants, metra bus station and the wedding venue. The restaurant was fine for breakfast and we ate in the bar in the evening except for weekends.

This hotel is closed. Just drove by and saw a bunch of storage trailers, gates closed and locked, 2x4s, and trash outside of their parking lot. The GM here is a piece of work, too.

There was roach in the room. I requested a room change (Painful but necessary). No one bothered to even get back to us regarding room change request. Someone just picked up the roach and left. Didn't even clean the room (It was day 3 I believe)

I went to make reservations at this hotel for a weekend in a week and a half from now and their online computer system told me that there were no rooms available on that date. I thought that I’d so I called the phone number attached to their Google maps profile and a strange answering machine type voicemail answered sounding cheery but never said it was closed. The account with Google Maps also doesn’t say it’s closed. I called Hilton directly and I was told they are not taking any more reservations at least through the end of next year.

Este hotel é um exemplo brilhante do que é a hospitalidade! É um facto conhecido que se conduzir os novos Ford Super Duties para a S.A., corre-se o risco de ser roubado. Não é uma falha de hotéis nesta cidade. E as câmeras são realmente inúteis. Quando nossos caras vêm aqui, nós esperamos ser atingidos agora. Mas esta manhã, quando eu disse à mesa que meu caminhão havia sido arrombado. O gerente saiu e caminhou comigo. Muito carinhoso e educado. Eu até expliquei a ele que eu não estava realmente chateada porque me preparei para isso. Eles me mandaram de volta para o meu quarto e disseram para eles saberem se eu estava com fome ou precisava de alguma coisa. Eles entrariam em contato com a polícia de San Antonio e cuidariam de tudo e ligariam para o meu quarto quando a DP me precisasse. E eles fizeram. Foi muito bom. Acabei de chegar de volta ao hotel e o gerente, o gerente assistente e OWNER me encontraram do lado de fora. Eles consertaram a trava na minha porta que estava estourada e colocaram meu conjunto de chifre de volta. Ainda se desculpando. Eles então me fizeram estacionar em frente à porta do hotel. Na queda de passageiros. O serviço que recebi merece-los de 5 estrelas sem dúvida!

This hotel is a shining example of what hospitality is about! It's a known fact that if you drive new Ford Super Duties into S.A. you have a high risk of being stolen. It's not a hotels fault in this city. And cameras are really pointless. When our guys come here, we kinda expect to get hit now. But this morning when I told the desk my truck had been broke into. The manager came out and walked with me. Very caring and polite. I even explained to him that I wasn't really that upset because I prepared myself for it. They sent me back to my room and said let them know if I was hungry or needed anything at all. They would contact San Antonio PD and handle everything and call my room when PD needed me. And they did. It was pretty great. I just arrived back at the hotel and the manager, assistant manager and OWNER met me outside. They fixed the latch in my door that was popped and put my horn assembly back together. Still apologizing. They then had me park in front of the door to the hotel. In passenger drop off. The service I have received deserves them of 5 stars no doubt!

I just want to say....That I Like the Hotel and that we have church services at the Double Tree Hotel that's by the Airport off of 410 and San Pedro area. The cookies are really good and the food is not bad either. We had our church anniversary there.

Nice friendly staff. The room was small, but clean and nice. The pool was beautiful and peaceful. Great place to sit and have a drink. I would not recommend this place for families because the room and bathroom was so small. But if you are staying with 3 or less people this place would be perfect.

A nice room, exceptional staff. Good restaurant. Best part was everyone on the staff giving such outstanding customer service.Big shout out to the shuttle drivers! You are wonderful. The building is a bit older, but it really does not matter. The courtyard with the pool is BEAUTIFUL.

Walking distance to airport (without suitcases). Great friendly helpful and informative reception staff. Speedy check in/out. Walking distance to food places, North Star Mall, and bus No. 5 route (McCullough) to Down Town (2.75$ day pass). Great hotel, but ask for rooms facing out (rather than facing pool). Rooms are large clean, bed comfortable, clean efficient shower. Suitable for small family. Nice outside pool. Breakfast is excellent and filling with healthy choice. Great Spanish style feel, enjoyable and stress free.

This hotel doesn't look like your typical Hilton hotel, the architecture is lovely with a great courtyard.The staff were all very pleasant although they could have scaled back on the text messages inquiring about my stay.My only other small complaint was that there were very little outlets in the room.Whether travelers are there on business or vacation everyone will have several devices that will need to be charged.There were two lamps on either side of the bed that looked like they had outlets in the base, but there was no wiring on the inside of the outlet, why??I use my phone as an alarm when I travel for work, it was a little aggravating that I could not charge my phone overnight.With that said, I still think it was a nice hotel, maybe just better geared towards vacationers rather than business travelers.

We love the location of this hotel, close to 35/restaurants/theaters/grocery stores. For a traveler, those are important issues.Parking is not free, which is a bit of a bummer, but is par for the course at SA. The hotel itself is an older property but has a ton of charm and coziness about it. A Spanish decor w arches outside and a lovely veranda/pool area.They offer a full restaurant, so morning is so much more than a donut/coffee. You can order off a full menu, and the staff is so accommodating!Rooms are huge and most have access to the patio/veranda. Beds, the most important part, are my fav part of this hotel. I always have the best night's sleep!!Whenever we're in the area, we always stay here.

Inmejorable ubicación, North Star Mall a menos de 200 metros, siempre te reciben con galletas calientes, limpio y con camas cómodas. Baño impecable siempre y está cerca del aeropuerto. Está enmedio de todo.

This is a really nice hotel in the fact it is unique and has a theme to it. Being a road warrior it gets kind of boring staying at the typical Hampton inn it is refreshing to stay some where with a personality. I did not have the opportunityto use the pool but I did use the gym. They have a great shuttle service to the airport
