“Would never stay at the Radisson Blu after experiencing the food they are providing to those in mandatory COVID quarantine. The quality is a grade below prison food. Breakfast yesterday was cold scrambled eggs and 2 budget airplane chicken sausages with a tomato. Lunch yesterday was a wrap with expired lettuce, heaps of white sauce and 2 budget airplane beef sausages stuffed inside (never even seen that before). Lunch today was a bread roll with a meagre amount of sullen looking toppings with no protein. Beverages are not provided at meal times except for a breakfast juice. Upon enquiring with reception they inform that you can just drink water from the bathroom tap for lunch and dinner.”

“As a quarantine hotel, what else is more important than WiFi?! NONE!
So the WiFi connection is dropping off all the time, second morning I ask the front desk, she told me to restart the computer, I have been trying all the time, and now it’s 3 rd, it’s totally broke down instead sending any notice but just wait for us to call them?
Also they don’t really tell me when it’s gonna fix it?! It’s been three 3 days!
And the people at front fest is not really patience and feel sorry for the poor service when I called them!
Even now my food delivery is late and I made two calls so far from last two hours!
