“Fui forçado a deixar uma estrela que não é merecida. Estadia terrível. Chegamos e nosso quarto não estava pronto. Nós fomos um dos muitos que foram deixados para esperar horas por um quarto. Tivemos que manter a verificação com a recepção e, finalmente, depois de todos nós discutimos com a gerência para obter algo, conseguimos um quarto. Os quartos cheiravam a mofo e eles só ofereceram um check-out mais tarde que não era bom para nós. Não fique lá porque eles são rudes com os hóspedes e não tornam a sua estadia uma experiência agradável”

“Stayed in one of the Whirlpool Suites because we simply wanted to treat ourselves. The jets were only partially functional and it definitely ended up being just a bathtub. When I spoke to the front staff about this issue they told me that they would have the maintenance look at it. This would have been fine if I intended on staying for more than one night but... I was only passing through.
The disposables for the coffee maker (napkins/stirrers etc) we're not replaced between guests. I know this because 3 of the four were opened and missing items from the lot. This is unacceptable as it makes me wonder what else was not properly observed/cleaned/replaced before we entered the room.
When the AC cut on throughout the night, it would do so with a loud BANG which would startle us awake each time. I tried shutting the door between us and the AC, but it still sounded very loud everytime it turned on. It int annoy me at first, but the third time I woke up in the middle of the night...it really made me second guess my choices in selecting a hotel.
These are small gripes, but I feel as though when I explained the situation about the tub, and the picked through disposable items, it wasn't really acknowledge. All in all, it wasn't terrible, but It definitely wasn't a suite experience.
My recommendation... Check EVERYTHING before you agree to stay in the room, even if it's a suite.”
