I give it a perfect score, but it doesn’t mean there weren’t any improvement that could be done. We had a pleasant stay. The room was big and had just about anything we could possibly need. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Gone are the days when we could get daily cleaning, but if needed you could request it. The hotel is a good walking distance from the park. It is a pretty easy walk without any slopes to contend with. I did wish at times a free shuttle would be nice after a long day at the park. There is a paid shuttle available, but it service other hotels and from what I hear, the system and the wait times isn’t worth dealing with. The free breakfast was nice, but it did become monotonous having the same breakfast everyday, other than the type of egg offered. I wish they would switch up the meat as well sometime, not just sausage links everyday, bacon or ham or even biscuits and gravy every other day would have been better. As a Diamond Hilton member don’t expect much extra benefit for your loyalty, not even a wi-fi upgrade, just a few extra points into your account.

1. Hilton app room reservation was not honored. I had selected a better room while checking-in in the app, but on arrival was given a different room, which was freeway facing and lot noisy. 2. Barn door for a bathroom without any lock is ridiculous. Especially for groups with small kids (expected near Disneyland). 3. Walls are paper thin. I could hear the nextdoor guest rolling down the blinds! 4. Advertised as full kitchen, but there is no stove. Front desk gave us a stove upon request, along with a pan. The stove didn’t work with the pots we had brought. They had only one small pot for boiling pasta or rice and one small pan. We never experienced these kind of issues in other places where we had a full kitchen. 5. There was a wet towel in the bathroom when we checked in.

Prós: O café da manhã estava delicioso. Foi uma caminhada muito fácil para a Disneyland. Equipe amigável.Contras: Piscina estava fria (final de maio). Precisa de mais carrinhos de bagagem (e controle dos carrinhos de bagagem)! Outros hóspedes os mantêm em seus quartos, o que a recepção me disse que eles não podem controlar esse problema, então eu tive que carregar todos os nossos pertences do último andar (incluindo um refrigerador Yeti rígido), pelo saguão e para fora para o estacionamento. Por causa disso, carregar o veículo levou uma eternidade!

Quartos agradáveis e super curta distância da Disney! Não utilizar a piscina ou equipamentos de ginástica, mas tudo parecia bom. Os quartos eram ótimos também. A cama era bastante confortável e o sofá e o café foram uma adição agradável. O banheiro era bom, mas o chuveiro/banheira tinha alguns pontos vermelhos suspeitos, então tomamos banho com nossos chinelos. O buffet de café-da-manhã é bom, mas não uma grande variedade de cereais. Ovos, salsicha, iogurte e rabanada foram todos bons embora. Há também uma excelente vista dos fogos de artifício da Disney durante 4 de julho. O serviço foi ótimo. Mas nós não usamos o serviço de manobrista, então não posso comentar sobre isso. No geral, eu recomendo por causa da curta caminhada da Disneyland, ótimo serviço, boa comida e bons quartos! Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente na minha próxima viagem à Disneyland.

Ventajas: El desayuno era delicioso. Fue un paseo muy fácil a Disneyland. Personal amigable.Desventajas: La piscina estaba fría (finales de mayo). ¡Necesita más carros de equipaje (y control de los carros de equipaje)! Otros huéspedes los mantienen en sus habitaciones, y la recepción me dijo que no pueden controlar este problema, por lo que tuve que cargar todas nuestras pertenencias desde el último piso (incluida una hielera Yeti de carcasa rígida), atravesar el vestíbulo y salir a el estacionamiento. Debido a esto, ¡cargar el vehículo tomó una eternidad!

¡Bonitas habitaciones y muy poca distancia de Disney! No usé la piscina o el equipo de ejercicio, pero todo se veía bien. Las habitaciones también eran geniales. La cama era bastante cómoda y el sofá y la cafetería eran un buen complemento. El baño estaba bien, pero la ducha/bañera tenía algunas manchas rojas sospechosas, así que nos duchamos con las chanclas puestas. El buffet de desayuno es bueno, pero no una gran selección de cereales. Sin embargo, los huevos, las salchichas, el yogur y los palitos de tostadas francesas estaban bien. También hay una gran vista de los fuegos artificiales de Disney durante el 4 de julio. El servicio fue excelente. Pero no usamos el servicio de aparcacoches, así que no puedo opinar sobre eso. En general, lo recomiendo debido a la corta distancia a pie de Disneyland, excelente servicio, buena comida y buenas habitaciones. Definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo en mi próximo viaje a Disneyland.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious.It was a very easy walk to Disneyland.Friendly staff.Cons: Pool was cold (late May).It needs more luggage carts (and control of the luggage carts)!Other guests keep them in their rooms, which the front desk told me they can't control this problem, so I had to carry all of our belongings from the top floor (including a hardshell Yeti cooler), through the lobby, and out to the parking lot.Because of this, loading the vehicle took forever!

Nice rooms and super short distance from Disney! Didn't use the pool or exercise equipment, but it all looked nice. The rooms were great too. Bed was pretty comfortable and the couch and coffee bar were a nice addition. The bathroom was good, but the shower/bathtub had some suspicious red spots, so we just showered with our flip flops on. The breakfast buffet is good, but not a huge selection of cereal. Eggs, sausage, yogurt, and french toast sticks were all good though. There is also a great view of the Disney fireworks during 4th of July. Service was great. But we didn't use the valet service, so can't review on that. Overall I recommend because of the short walk to Disneyland, great service, good food, and good rooms! I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland.

Lovely hotel. It was also clean. Great location to Disneyland. Parking is $30.00 a night. Breakfast is included and it was fulfilling. The pool area is nice as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Encantador lugar para quedarse. Personal muy amable y servicial. ¡El desayuno gratis fue mejor de lo que esperaba! Huevos, salchichas, haz tus propios gofres, bagels de fruta fresca, avena fresca caliente con todas las delicias. El bar del hotel tenía excelentes margaritas y la piscina era genial con el parque acuático. También ofrecen muchos lugares de reunión familiar para ver una película o jugar. Lo único fue la tarifa de estacionamiento.

Cerca de 15 minutos a pé da segurança na Disneyland.Saia pela frente do hotel, siga para a esquerda e desça a calçada, vire à esquerda quando chegar ao cruzamento e passe pelo McDonald's e pelos outros hotéis à sua esquerda.Quando estiver no cruzamento principal com a Disney, vire à direita com o tráfego de pedestres e você estará lá!Os quartos eram limpos e de tamanho decente.Chuveiros eram ótimos, água muito quente, mas não a melhor pressão.As camas eram muito confortáveis, mas travesseiros bastante macios. Se você precisar de um travesseiro firme, você pode querer trazer o seu próprio.

Lindo lugar para ficar. Pessoal muito simpático e prestável. Pequeno-almoço gratuito foi melhor do que eu esperava! Ovos, salsichas fazem seus próprios waffles bagels de frutas frescas aveia fresca quente com todas as guloseimas! O bar do hotel tinha excelentes margaritas e a piscina era uma explosão com o parque aquático. Eles também oferecem muitos pontos de encontro em família para assistir a um filme ou jogar. A única coisa foi taxa de estacionamento.

Prós: fica a 15 minutos a pé da Disneyland/California Adventure. O café da manhã é razoável com grande variedade. Eles têm pratos quentes e frigideiras se você optar por fazer comida no seu quarto. O splash pad é bom e tem um timer para que a água não seja desperdiçada. AC estava muito frio quando chegamos no quarto, alguém tinha ajustado para 50 graus.Contras (por que é 4/5 estrelas): Não tenho certeza de quem decidiu que colocar uma porta de correr no banheiro era uma boa ideia. Aparentemente, eles acham que você deve compartilhar seus hábitos de banheiro com todos na sala. Também não há ventilador lá. Torna-se difícil se preparar de manhã sem acordar todos, pois a luz e os ruídos vazam. A situação de estacionamento é uma espécie de dor. Perguntamos se teríamos que pagar para manter nosso veículo lá no dia do check-out. É um extra de $ 40 se você mantiver seu veículo lá depois das 12h. Já estamos pagando US$ 30 de estacionamento por noite. Então decidimos pagar a Disney e estacionar no estacionamento da Pixar para não termos um prazo para voltar ao hotel.Além disso, se alguém do hotel ler isso, mova uma das estações de toalhas para mais perto da almofada de respingos. Pros: está a 15 minutos a pie de Disneyland/California Adventure. El desayuno es decente con una amplia variedad. Tienen platos calientes y sartenes si eliges hacer comida en tu habitación. La almohadilla de salpicaduras es agradable y tiene un temporizador para que no se desperdicie agua. El aire acondicionado estaba muy frío cuando entramos en la habitación, alguien lo había puesto a 50 grados.Contras (por qué son 4/5 estrellas): no estoy seguro de quién decidió que poner una puerta de granero corrediza en un baño era una buena idea. Aparentemente piensan que deberías compartir tus hábitos de baño con todos en la habitación. Tampoco hay ventilador allí. Hace que sea difícil prepararse por la mañana sin despertar a todos, ya que la luz y los ruidos se filtran. La situación de estacionamiento es una especie de dolor. Preguntamos si tendríamos que pagar para mantener nuestro vehículo allí el día que nos marchamos. Son $ 40 adicionales si mantiene su vehículo allí después de las 12 p.m. Ya estamos pagando $30 de estacionamiento cada noche que nos quedamos. Lovely place to stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free Breakfast was better than I expected! Eggs, sausage make ur own waffles fresh fruit bagels hot fresh oatmeal with all the goodies! The hotel Bar had excellent margaritas and the pool was a blast with the water park. They also offer lots of family hangout spots to watch a movie or play games. Only thing was parking fee.

Pros: it's within a 15 minute walking distance to Disneyland/California Adventure. The breakfast is decent with a wide variety. They have hot plates and skillets if you choose to make food at your room. The splash pad is nice and has a timer so water isn't wasted. AC was very cold when we got into the room, someone had set it to 50 degrees.Cons (why it's 4/5 stars): I'm not sure who decided putting a sliding barn door on a bathroom was a good idea. Apparently they think you should share your bathroom habits with everyone in the room. There is also no fan in there. It makes it hard to get ready in the morning without waking everyone up since the light and noises leak through. The parking situation is kind of a pain. We asked if we'd have to pay to keep our vehicle there on the day we checked out. It's an extra $40 if you keep your vehicle there past 12pm. We're already paying $30 parking each night we stay. So we decided to pay Disney instead and park at Pixar lot so we didn't have a deadline to get back to the hotel.Also if anyone from the hotel reads this, please move one of the towel stations closer to the splash pad. Walking along the slippery sides of the pool to get to the two towel stations near the hot tub felt dangerous.

About 15 minute walk to security at Disneyland. Walk out the front of the hotel, head to the left and walk down the sidewalk, turn left when you get to the intersection and walk past McDonald's and the other hotels on your left. Once you're at the main intersection with Disney just turn right with the pedestrian traffic and you'll be there! Rooms were clean and decently sized. Showers were great, very hot water but not the best pressure. Beds were very comfortable, but quite soft pillows. If you need a firm pillow, you may want to bring your own.

Lo suficientemente cerca de Disney para caminar. Las habitaciones para mí son muy bonitas. Tienes tanto espacio para los niños o simplemente para moverte. No es necesario plegar ningún cochecito ni nada para hacer espacio. Me encanta el refrigerador lleno y mucho espacio en la encimera. El sofá también es cómodo. Me encanta este colchón, pero cada uno es diferente. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Perto o suficiente para a Disney para caminhar. Os quartos para mim são tão agradáveis. Você tem muito espaço para as crianças ou apenas você para se movimentar. Você não precisa dobrar nenhum carrinho ou qualquer coisa para abrir espaço. Eu amo a geladeira cheia e muito espaço na bancada. O sofá também é confortável. Eu amo este colchão, mas todo mundo é diferente. Eu ficaria aqui novamente.

Close enough to Disney to walk. The rooms to me are so nice. You have so much room for the kids or just you to move around. You don't need to fold up any strollers or anything to make space. I love the full fridge and lots of counter top space. The couch is comfortable too. I love this mattress but everyone is different. I would stay here again.

Mi familia de cuatro se hospedó aquí durante el fin de semana de San Valentín. sábado a lunes. Sentimos que el hotel estaba muy limpio y moderno. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estancia, incluido el desayuno. El personal era amable y acogedor, y la habitación era lo suficientemente amplia para nosotros cuatro.Está a una corta distancia a pie de Disney, lo cual es una ventaja adicional de quedarse aquí. Me atrevo a decir que la distancia es casi la misma que caminar desde la estructura del estacionamiento hasta la entrada del parque. El estacionamiento (valet) cuesta $30 por noche. El primer día que llegamos, dejamos nuestras maletas registradas y caminamos hacia el parque (y regresamos por la noche). No había tanto tráfico peatonal como esperaba en la noche de regreso al hotel (después de que los parques cerraran/después de la medianoche). Algo a considerar (en cuanto a la seguridad) si tienes niños muy pequeños.Consideraría hospedarme aquí nuevamente en un futuro cercano.

Minha família de quatro ficou aqui no fim de semana dos namorados. Sábado a segunda-feira. Sentimos que o hotel era muito limpo e moderno. Tinha tudo o que precisávamos para nossa estadia, incluindo café da manhã. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora e o quarto amplo o suficiente para nós quatro.Fica a uma curta caminhada da Disney, o que é uma vantagem adicional para ficar aqui. Atrevo-me a dizer que a distância é aproximadamente a mesma distância que caminhar da estrutura do estacionamento até a entrada do parque. O estacionamento (com manobrista) é de US$ 30 por noite. No primeiro dia em que chegamos, deixamos nossas malas despachadas e caminhamos até o parque (e voltamos à noite). Não havia tanto tráfego de pedestres quanto eu esperava à noite de volta ao hotel (após os parques fechados/após a meia-noite). My family of four stayed here over Valentine's weekend. Saturday thru Monday. We felt like the hotel was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for our stay including breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the room ample enough for the four of us.It is walking distance to Disney which is an added advantage to staying here. I dare say distance wise it's about the same distance as walking from the parking structure to the park entrance. The parking (valet) is $30 a night. The first day we arrived, we left our bags checked and walked over to the park (and back in the evening). There wasn't as much foot traffic as I expected in the evening back to the hotel (after parks closed/after midnight). Something to consider (safety wise) if you have very small kiddos.Would consider staying here again in the near future.
