A recepção foi um pouco complicada por conta de erro da administração no registro da reserva.O quarto é pequeno, mas é limpo e organizado. E próximo a fartas opções de comércio e bem ao lado do metrô. No geral uma boa experiência.

O astor é um hotel dentro dos padroes. A limpeza é excelente, a localização é boa e o quarto é decente. Os únicos problemas que tivemos foi de não ter controle do ar condicionado no quarto, resolvemos descobrindo que o controle da TV tem botões escondidos que funcionam no ar.

Fica em frente ao central parque, ao lado de um estação de metrô, próximo a museus, mas distante da TS, não é como nas fotos, é um hotel bem antigo e a primeira vista não agrada muito, mas os funcionários são muito agradáveis.

O lugar agradável,em frente ao central park de nova York,a única coisa que ficou a desejar é não ter TV a cabo , pra quem gosta de assistir a um bom filme depois de voltar de um longo e exaustivo dia,tomar um banho e relaxar.....não foi possível!😟

Pelo preço mais em conta e boa localização vale a pena. O quarto é pequeno com paredes finas. Mas a equipe do hotel é bastante atenciosa.

Só vale a localização. Péssimo hotel!!

Muito tranquilo, um lugar para dormir e poder estacionar o carro na rua, sem precisar pagar.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Recently stayed 4 nights, with my daughter who booked trip. After reading reviews, I was concerned about the cleanliness and other things but we were in a very clean room. The bathroom looked brand new. Plenty of hot water, a/c and heater both worked great and the staff were so friendly. Also, the location is perfect. We could see central park from our room window. Definitely recommend those hotel for a NYC visit.

The Hotel was clean and the staff was very kind. I forgot my shower bag and they had no problem sending it. I loved the stay. Thank You!

Not sure why most of the reviews are bad, but for the price of the hotel, my stay was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. Very minor things were broken, but I’m sure they would’ve been fixed had I asked them to. Love the location (very quiet and right next to Central Park and the B/C subway line).

The worst hotel that exist. Half the room is falling apart, not clean, staff are rude. Had the worst sleep of my mind. The front desk lady lied to us about prices and the other front guest person was constantly on his phone and was rude to guest. I would HIGHLY advise never staying here.

Water turned off, locked out of room each night, no amenities but location decent for a quick NYC stay- could do better

The stay here was alright. As many people have posted the rooms are very small, there is no conference room or any other type of room except for the lobby and guest rooms. The carpets in the room was a bit dirty, more importantly the room walls are very thing, you can pretty much hear everything around you. What makes this place decent is the location and the staff. The people that we interacted with were friendly.

El servicio que nos prestaron fue excelente. Hay correspondencia entre costo y beneficio. A nuestro juicio,y procurando ser muy respetuosos de las opiniones de otros huespedes, muchos de los comentarios que leimos no hacen justicia a la calidad de los servicios que presta el hotel. A nosotros nos cumplieron con lo anunciado en su publicidad. En verdad, nuestra estadía fue confortable y placentera. Dentro de las cosas que podemos resaltar se encuentra la calidez humana del personal, su orientación de servicio al cliente, la limpieza y buenas condiciones de la habitacion,ademas del buen servicio de la cafeteria, el bilinguismo de varios de sus funcionarios y la ubicacion estrategica dentro de Manhatan.Es de advertir que no tuvimos problemas con la calefaccion, el ruido, goteras,desperfectos o malos olores. Cuando volvamos a New York esperamos poder hospedarnos en este hotel. Destacamos la atencion delos conserjes Jam y Samuel.Con el animo de contribuir al mejoramiento continuosugerimos maleteros en la habitacion.

Hotel frente a Central Park, es una zona tranquila de tráfico, que menos mal porque las habilitaciones mo están muy cuidadas y las ventanas no insonorizan nada y el tráfico que hay por las mañanas se escucha mucho, menos mal que te sueles levantar pronto para visitar la ciudad!!!

El servicio es excelente, ubicado en una zona donde queda muy cerca el metro y el transporte terrestre el costo es muy accesible.

El hotel está bien situado, al noroeste de central park. La zona tiene algún restaurante,un delhi cerca y unos mínimos servicios. Te pones en el centro en 15-20 minutos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero acogedoras y limpias. Eso sí, si te molesta el ruido o la luz lleva tapones y un buen antifaz. Se agradece el café, te y chocolate disponibles 24h. El personal es muy amigable.

El precio de la noche es exorbitante en relación al servicio. Escatiman las toallas. Ofrecen un sólo jabón ... Aún en base doble !!! Las habitaciones incómodas y pequeñas. No tienen desayuno..Caro.
