“Location, room, view Very poor air conditioning which left us sweltering on a hot night”

“Good location and reasonably convenient to get to Canary Wharf. Very nice staff. Reasonable breakfast (did include Hot food) but nothing stellar. Could have picked up the same breakfast for a lot cheaper outside. Beds were not comfortable. I travel for work and need sufficient closet space for suits / shirts. Not enough closet space. Iron was non-steam. Super dim lights in the bathroom!!.. small stuff that shows a lack of attention to detail. Good location and reasonably convenient to get to Canary Wharf.
