“Hermoso lugar para compartir en pareja”

“Horrible experience. We arrived with a group of 30 in many suites. My room was infested with aunts all over. Ants in the bed, the counters, the end tables, the chairs…It was excessive. We could not leave our drinks or enjoy a meal and lay it down. I have sent videos to the manager and cooperate with zero resolution or assistance with relocating. Haven’t even been offered a refund nor points. Was told my case was closed. Marriott said there is nothing they could do although the hotel branded their name. We stay at Marriott all over the country and this by far as been the worst. Traveling so much, You expect things will not always be perfect, but the follow up on the issue was unacceptable by both the hotel and Marriott customer service.”
