Reservei 2 noites por reserva ontem, mas foi tão decepcionante que I à esquerda após 1 noite. Eu reservei um quarto clássico com duas camas de solteiro para mim e meu melhor amigo, viajamos juntos por um mês. Nós conseguimos um quarto sem janela !!! A única vista era do lobby ... Quando pedimos para trocar de quarto, a recepção nos disse que o hotel estava lotado .. Considerando que 60% dos quartos ainda estavam disponíveis na reserva ou hotel.com .... O cara apenas menti na nossa cara !! Quando pedimos o cancelamento (como as fotos não combinam com o que conseguimos), a recepção quis nos cobrar pela estadia completa. Eles não tentaram nos entender. Foi realmente uma estadia terrível !! O boutique Hotel, que ficava ao lado, ofereceu-nos uma recepção calorosa e acolhedora e, finalmente, apreciamos a nossa estadia

Não tome os quartos standard que não têm janelas para o exterior. Eles têm vista para os corredores internos, ao contrário do que é mostrado na Reserva. O pessoal não era amigável. Porém o lugar é bonito e as camas são muito confortáveis

Excelente boutique hotel situado no centro histórico de Cuzco. Os quartos eram perfeitos, limpos com decoração e sabor únicos. A equipe foi excelente e experiente e restaurante excelente. Ficaria novamente sem hesitação.

I booked 2 nights through booking yesterday but it was so disapointing that I left after 1 night. I booked a classic room with twin beds for me and my best friend, we travel together for a month. We did get a room with no window !!! The only view was on the lobby... When we asked for changing the room, the reception told us that the hotel was full.. Whereas 60% of the rooms were still available on booking or hotel.com.... The guy just lied to our face !! When we asked for cancellation ( as the photos didnt match what we did get) the reception wanted to charge us for the full stay. They didnt try to understand us. It was really a terrible stay !! The boutique Hotel which was just next door offered us a great and warm welcome and we finally enjoyed our stay

Excellent boutique hotel situated in Cuzco's historical center. Rooms were perfect, clean with unique decoration and flavor. Staff was outstanding and knowledgeable and restaurant excellent. Would stay again without hesitation.

What an adorable place! We loved the view from the bedroom and the cozy and safe feeling of the whole hotel. The breakfast was also great. We would love to stay here again.

Me gustó mucho este alojamiento, lamentablemente la habitación que nos toco tuvo un problema con la electricidad pero nos cambiaron a otra mejor y no hubo mayor problema. El ambiente es muy agradable, cuando pasa el servicio de mucama te dejan un par de chocolates y un guatero (bolsa de agua caliente) para calentar los pies dentro de la cama, lo cual hace muy agradable la estancia luego de caminar tanto por la ciudad. El desayuno es agradable y muy casero. Como la mayoría de los alojamientos tienen té y hojas de coca a libre disposición en la sala de estar. La decoración es rústica-hogareña y tiene hermosas vistas ya que está en una pequeña colina. La ubicación es buenísima ya que está a pocos minutos caminando de la plaza de armas e importantes restaurantes de la zona. En caso que vayas a machupicchu y guardan tus maletas durante tu estancia en dicho puebllSin duda volvería

Nice little hotel that appears to specialize as a coordination point for overseas travelers. Very friendly.Good breakfast. Very hospitable. Some beds could use updating.

San Blas Hotel is a cute little boutique in Cusco. Downside is that it's up a very steep Hill. with very little walking space on either side of the cobblestone road. That kind of gives it its charm, but it can be challenging if you're going in and out of the hotel multiple times a day. Front desk service was very pleasant. They are very quick to get you an extra towel, or order a taxi should you need. Downside is that the rooms are quite cold! So you might like to get a heater in your room in the winter time. They can also be quite dry without much air circulation as it is an older building. Breakfast was okay, very small dining area with a few breakfast options.

Small comfortable hotel with cute decor and attentive staff. The hotel is a short walk from shopping, restaurants, and some historic sites. We stayed two nights in April and returned on the second night to find hot water bottles warming our bed. They also provide filtered water to refill water bottles in the rooms and lobby which was not only a nice service but environmentally conscience too. Highly recommend. The hotel is on a steep street with steps inside that would provide a challenge for anyone with mobility issues.

Our stay at this place was nothing short of fantastic. It's cozy and unpretentious, and only a couple of blocks from the main square. There are also plenty of great dining and shopping options nearby. Service was friendly and attentive (and they always remembered my name!). The included breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious. Should I ever return to the enchanting city of Cusco, I will definitely be checking back in Casa San Blas Boutique!
