“Muy bonito lugar, especial atención”

“Made a reservation for my son's wedding night with a special Bed & Breakfast package and received a confirmation email detailing the price and that everything, including gratuities and full breakfast, was included. I signed a secure payment document so that my son would not have to incur any expenses. I was charged the price as quoted, but my son had an extra $467 put on his card. I have been phoning daily for a week and just get the run around. Various staff or managers say they will call me back and do not. I got a vague call last night from someone who said there would be some amount of refund for my son's charges, but he could not tell me if it will be for the full amount overcharged. This hotel was once a grand place with impeccable service. But they seem to be in complete disarray and have very poor customer service. There has been no real follow-up on this issue and there is still no refund for the overpayment. Given the lack of follow-up on this issue I recommend that people avoid staying here until they find their way back to a better system for accurate billing and top notch service.”
