“My check in experience was HORRIBLE! The concierge ran my card multiple times claiming that my card wouldn't read. When in actuality, everytime she swiped, my card was charged. Then to make matters worse, the room I reserved was not the room that I received, and I was told that no accommodations would be made. The woman that over charged my card showed no sympathy. The manager was very apologetic, but the damage was already done. I recommend that the concierge receive customer service training expeditiously! I ended up staying at another hotel. Very disappointed in the service that I received. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get a $900 charge credited back to my card. Totally ruined my daughters 14th birthday.”
