“1. Não consegui encontrar nenhum membro da alta administração. Isso é totalmente contrário à minha experiência em outros hotéis Shangri-la. Este é o sexto hotel Shangrila que fico este ano. Uma pequena decepção. 2. Achei o preço muito alto para uma baixa temporada. Eu só me pergunto quanto é o custo para o grupo de turismo. 3. Caso contrário, todos os funcionários são muito corteses e eficientes. Devo mencionar em particular Peter Li, cheio de iniciativa e muito prestativo. Justin Li também foi útil.”
