“Hands down, the best all-inclusive experience ever! I have never felt so welcome by all during my entire stay. The food, drinks and service was absolutely incredible. We stayed at the other Hyatt Ziva Cancun last time and this one was far better except for the beach. There is too much seaweed to actually get in the ocean so we were bummed that we had to stick to the pools all week. Our favorite restaurant was the Japanese one but all of them were good. We loved the fresh crepes and fresh squeezed orange juice at the breakfast buffet too! We brought our kids, ages 15, 12 and 8. They thoroughly enjoyed all the shows and fun activities. The water slides are a bit slow except for 1 of them but all 3 of our kids kept wanting to return to them each day. It's evident that their employees are happy as they go above and beyond for you at all times. This is not a party hotel...the vibe is very classy and chill. Nothing was crowded and we never had any trouble getting into each restaurant.”

“We had a great time. My son got married there. There were some glitches with the photographer and videographer and since we have been told they are closing for a brief time. Perhaps a change in management. I hope that is all, as we loved our time there! The employees are the best! There were so many amazing staff from servers to front desk to entertainment staff to bar tenders. Not a bad one there! The beds were comfortable and the resort is just beautiful.”
