Hotel excelente para família, pois encontra de tudo aqui. Staff muito atencioso e profissional. Se tem crianças este é um hotel ideal, pois têem o Kids club.

Ferias de Setembro de 2021 - Praia fantastica, Hotel Maravilhoso, Comer Bom mas com possibilidade de melhorias. Staff muito acolhedor e profissional, bons acessos as areas comuns.

Extremely relaxing, cannot comment on the hotel accommodation as we booked one of the villas with a private pool. It was very spacious and included a small kitchen and, on request, a kettle (not available in the hotel). We arrived late in the season, Sept/October, surprised the sea warmer than expected, swam every day. Booked loungers & s'shade on beach, free around pool, beach is miles long, all golden sand. There were no "water sports", fine for us, so not for the sporty/active types, but diving activities at sister hotel Columbus adjoining, also use of their restaurant & facilities. Main dining room food was good, several "themed" nights and speciality restaurants for variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful and constantly cleaning, definetly Covid aware.

Staff were really great. Entertainment was good. The animation team were excellent. Food in the restaurants were good. All staff very helpful. TUI reps really excellent especially very helpful with PLF form. Room we were allocated was very good. Looking forward to our next visit.

Os funcionários são 5 estrelas, muito simpáticos e prestaveis desde a receção á manutenção (sr. Bruno) e camareiras (d. Leonor). A comida é de excelente qualidade. Tem algumas coisas básicas em falta e que exigem custo acrescido como por exemplo sumos de fruta naturais ao pequeno almoço que custam 4.5euros. Já estive em hotéis de 4 estrelas onde o sumo natural era grátis e nos outros de 5 em que estive também. Os restaurantes temáticos são muito bons mas a espera para as marcações é excessiva e as funcionárias deste departamento não são muito simpáticas. O Dunas bar é maravilhoso, comida mesmo muito boa e empregados de excelência. Todas as infraestruturas do hotel são muito boas. Piscinas excelentes, acesso á praia muito bom. Recomendo o hotel mas deviam rever pequenos pormenores.

Estive no resort pestana na ultima semana de julho deste ano de 2021. Tenho a lamentar que no ultimo dia depois de fazer o chek out, pedi um quarto para tomar banho antes de ir para o aeroporto e foi nos negado mesmo tendo dito que tínhamos perdido o primeiro dia de resort em porto santo pois nao embarcámos às 8h da manhã por motivos de testes de covid (ultimo teste de covid feito ha mais de 48h), mais tarde contactaram-nos a dizer que tinham um quarto para 1hora, o chamado quarto de cortesia. Em plena pandemia, mês de julho quando chegámos ao quarto estavam toalhas de outros hóspedes no chão e na cama, ou seja foi-nos facultado um quarto usado por outros hospedes ha meia hora atrás ... um hotel de 5 estrelas fazer isto e em plena pandemia é vergonhoso... Já para nao falar nos estagiários que estavam no hotel. Só jovens a servir os clientes quer na recepcao qier nos bares e restaurantes e praias. O sistema de pagar cadeiras na praia é ridiculo pois ha clientes que pagam 1 semana inteira da espreguiçadeira da praia e estao la 2 dias ou 3. E pessoas que querem fazer praia todo dia estao na segunda ou terneira linha de cadeiras da praia a ver cadeiras vazias. Chegou ao cúmulo de um casal de 70 anos estar nas nossas cadeiras e quando eu cheguei do buffet do peq. almoço, os rapazes que organizavam as cadeiras da praia mandaram o casal de 3° idade sair dali e deram lhe um guarda sol e um corta ventos... isto num hotel de 5 eatrelas no nosso país.

Chegamos ao final do dia prontos para descansar e temos um quarto com a zona do minibar suja e com formigas a caminhar pelos copos. Queixamos-nos disto na recepção e dizem que vão limpar enquanto jantamos. Bastava terem feito isso e o assunto ficava encerrado aqui. Ao voltar ao quarto ainda existem mais formigas. O que nos faz questionar sobre a limpeza de todo o quarto. Visto que apesar termos indicado o que era preciso fazer dizem não houve o cuidado de limpar. E nos deixa bastante desconfortáveis e com um início de férias péssimo. Somos colocados noutro quarto, ligeiramente mais pequeno na Vila ao lado. Mas toda esta situação causa um mau estar, pois as formigas não seriam um problema tão grande para a minha namorada mas a constante mudança já lhe causa mais desconforto, visto que vimos de férias para o mesmo local durante 5 dias, não é para andar a mudar constantemente. Na manhã seguinte simpaticamente mudam-nos para um quarto maior, mas mais distante. O que provoca novamente um desconforto, pois apesar de ser uma boa intenção, atrasa a nossa ida para a praia e para nós teria chegado que no check in nos tivessem dado um quarto limpo, ou que o mesmo fosse limpo durante o jantar, como nos foi prometido. Férias estragadas, logo no início pois a má disposição já foi criada e não será esquecida. Infelizmente já não é a primeira vez que temos uma má experiência no grupo pestana, mas dificilmente existirá uma terceira má experiência. PS: Continuação da saga, hoje quando chegamos do jantar temos uma Centopeia. E a casa de banho tem uma coluna que faz um feedback constante e ensurdecedor quando atendemos o telefone.

A localização, com acesso à praia maravilhosa éexcelente. O exterior do hotel lindo. Os quartos já a precisar de manutenção, e até alguma atualização, para um hotel de 5 estrelas, justificava uma atenção que não tem. Exemplo, espelhos manchados, o pó nos móveis, a falta de botão no autoclismo, a falta de puxador da mesinha de cabeceira, enfim... A comida muito "industrializada" no buffet, sem grande tempero, nem cuidados de preservação, moscas, sem grande frio nas comidas que assim necessitam de algum cuidado... neste aspecto achei que podiam apostar em comidas mais regionais, peixes e mariscos frescos, bolinhos caseiros, algo que se destaque.

Beautiful hotel, great animation team, extremely clean and very covid secure. Perfect for wheelchair users, very inclusive hotel, well designed and thought through. Food could be improved. Breakfast buffet is brilliant, but lunch and dinner bland, beige and boring. Not much to choose from buffet wise either. Rooms are lovely and big, but beds are really hard. The bath is amazing, really relaxing. As I was travelling with a baby, they put me in a room with a small kitchen area which was very thoughtful of the hotel, as I needed the area to wash bottles and prepare feeds. Perfect for a relaxing holiday as there's not very much to do in the area. Beach is beautiful, so clean and the sand so soft. Only reason for loss of 5 stars is the food.

Very nice hotel 15 min drive from the airport. Beautiful gardens and pools. Right on a stunning golden sand beach. Friendly and attentive staff. Overall had a very good experience although I would say that food isn't exactly 5 star and housekeeping needs improvement. I would still recommend it though and I hope to come back one day.

Lamentavelmente,logo no dia da chegada,ao esperar pela bagagem no quarto, andei descalça e simplesmente a planta dos meus pés ficaram pretas e cheias de cotão...para um quarto que tinha supostamente sido limpo...muito mau. A qualidade do colchão: péssimo. Tive de dobrar dois edredões entre a protecção da cama e do colchão para conseguir dormir porque as molas sentiam-se no corpo. Almofadas...desconfortáveis. Qualidade da comida: nada de especial,nada a ver com hoteis ou resorts de 5 estrelas que conheço. Sumos concentrados e pouca variedade e qualidade oferecida. O quarto,pouco apetrechado do habitual desta categoria desde a termos de mendigar toalhas limpas para a praia, que eram minúsculas. Espreguiçadeiras à beira da piscina...impossível, pois passavam o dia com toalhas sem ninguém,a reservar as mesmas, sem que ninguém intervisse para cumprir o regulamento. No último dia, pedi com a devida antecedência que prmitissem prolongar um pouco mais a ocupação do quarto por cortesia,e disseram que já não era possível e qual não é o meu espanto,quando vejo famílias a chegar em cima da hora do transfer para o aeroporto, diretamente dos quartos que permitiram aquilo que a mim recusaram. Perdi uma manhã inteira de praia por esse motivo..Foi falta de sorte??? Um ponto positivo, é realmente a simpatia de todos os funcionários que deram sempre o seu melhor. Há que melhorar muita coisa neste resort e tenho muita pena de não conseguir recomendar o mesmo pela fraca experiência que vivi nesta semana.

The majority of the hotel staff were amazing. The reception staff, the maids and especially the animation team. The animation team made our kids feel very special which was lovely to see. The food was not great, but wasn't the worst. Most of the restaurant staff were great except for 1 certain male member of staff that made my wife feel very uncomfortable to the point that she wanted to avoid going in the restaurant at all. He kept asking for her number and coming over to talk to her inappropriately whilst I walked over to get some food. The entertainment was again just OK, on a night the main entertainment only lasted 45 minutes and didn't start until 9.30pm which is by far the poorest entertainment programme I've ever seen at any hotel. The mini disco was literally 4 songs and that again was only every other day or so. The kids club was the only thing that really kept our kids interested throughout our stay. A couple of days before we came home our daughter along with 5 of her friends all cut all their toes in the swimming pool. The surface of the pool wasn't lined properly and it all overlapped. One of the girls feet were that bad that she had to be carried to first aid and be wheeled back to her room in a wheel chair. The tui rep got the manager to come put to see us and he basically told us that it wasn't their fault and there's nothing wrong with the pool and denied any responsibility. He was been very arrogant about the situation. The decking boards around the pool were all over the place. In some areas the decking boards actually fell through if you walked on them. There were big gaps all over them, I honestly do not know how somebody hasn't been seriously injured here. Their solution to it was to just push the day bed forward over it instead of fixing it. Overall the hotel its self I cannot fault. The room was nice. It was cleaned on a daily basis. If you do decide to visit here and you have an accident ect just a heads up, they will tell you it's not their fault and you are a unique case. If your going here because its on the green list my only advice would be to save your money and go somewhere else when possible.

arrived Here on Monday its a lot easier than you think to do the appropriate paperwork involved ..The hotel and all its facilities are 1st class. The staff cannot do enough for you . This island is a little unknown gem in the Atlantic . Weather is beautiful and the beach is stunning..

Great hotel, staff are super friendly, hotel was spotlessly clean and right on the beach. My only comment for improvement would be if you could clearly label your vegetarian food. Sometimes it was a challenge to understand if I could eat something or not!

I previously wrote a review but removed it as the hotel seemed to want to resolve my issues.My original complaint was that the food at the hotel was no on par with that a 5 star offering and relied too heavily on fish. The food and catering manager suggested I try the sister hotels buffet restaurant option too which we did and whilst there was more variety the restaurant was plagued by a lack of space and also poor organisation. On a number of evenings I had to keep asking the staff to ensure there was labels on the food so people knew what they were.I went to reception eventually to raise this and was told the food and beverage manage would phone me as she had “PC issues”. I never received this call. I truly don’t believe the food and drink available at the hotel is worthy of a 5 star and I would not recommend visits to others.My other issue was on occasion one particular member of the bar staff was often very rude, and quite aggressive.In all, the stay was pleasant but not worth the price nor do I believe is it worthy of a 5 star rating, the food let’s it down significantly.

The ideal place to come with family and groups. The rooms are the weakest point with the cleaning not being the best and there is a lot of noise from other rooms. But with all the conditions that exist, you will spend little time in your room. For those who go with children, there is: an animation club, an indoor heated swimming pool with a spectacular size and fantastic temperature, soups in the buffets for all tastes.O local ideal para vir com a família e em grupos. Os quartos são o ponto mais fraco com a limpeza dos mesmos a não ser a melhor e ouve-se muito o ruído dos outros quartos. Mas com todas a condições que existe vai passar pouco tempo no quarto. Para que vai com crianças tem: um clube de animação, piscina interior aquecida com uma dimensão espetacular e uma temperatura fantastica, sopas nos buffetspara todos os gostos.

Muy enfocado a familias. Podrían mejorar algunos aspectos como incluir algún espacio más solo para adultos (actualmente solo lo es el Spa) o plantear de una forma más eficiente el acceso a la cena. Por lo demás, todo fenomenal: la limpieza, el entorno, la playa y el personal.

No es un 5 estrellas. He pasado una semana allí y no me ha gustado mucho el hotel. Para ser un todo incluido tanto la comida como la bebida son de muy baja calidad. El servicio aunque atento falla en puntos como la reposición de comida y bebida. Las instalaciones no están limpias , he visto varias cucarachas alrededor de los bares y los sitios de comida así como en los pasillos de las habitaciones. Lo bueno de porto santo: una gran playa, que merece mucho la pena, pero no en este hotel por mi experiencia

Espectacular para vacaciones con la familia completa. Recomiendo 4 días, en ese tiempo se puede disfrutar de todo en la isla de Porto Santo.
